Apartment Standing

Wonderful apartment with sea views, located in a marvellous residential in Playa de Cullera. It offers a shared pool and it has capacity for 2-4 people.
Not able to choose between beach or pool? You won't have to make a decision in this fantastic residential. Every day of your vacation, as you wake up in the morning and go to have breakfast the the sunny terrace, you can decide to go to the pool or to the beach, only 180 metres away. The chlorine pool, sizing 12 x 9 metres and with a depth ranging from 0.5 to 1.8 metres, has a 5 x 4 metres and 0.5 metres depth children area, and an exterior shower. The residential also features a tennis court in case you feel like exercising for a while.

The apartment, located on the 9th floor of a building with elevator, is very cosy making the most of its spaces for you to feel comfortable as if you were at home. When you enter you find the kitchen -with a ceramic hob- that presents a great bar with stools for a quick breakfast maybe, a table for meals all together and the sitting area with a large sofa to relax while watching TV. This space offers air-conditioning, as well a a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There is one shower bathroom for the whole house. There is also a beautiful bedroom with a double bed, closet and direct access to the terrace. For the twp extra guests, the sofa turns into a sofa bed. We'll be delighted providing a cot, a high chair, two fans and two radiators.

Cullera offers a history, traditions, historical heritage and a natural environment that will delight anyone. Its amazing beach, surrounded by the hills and crossed by the river Júcar, is a preferred destiny. In this area you will find all kinds of services and activities.
