Enjoy the beach in this apartment near the sea in playa de Oliva, with capacity for 4 people.

The 90 m2 apartment is one the ground floor of building. At the furnished terrace you will enjoy lunches and dinners outdoors and relax and disconnect after a beach day accompanied by beautiful plants. The building is fenced, but the terrace is not completely closed since the entrance to upper floor is through one of its sides.

When you get in you find a spacious and luminous living - dining room where you can have a rest and watch TV on the comfortable sofa. Then, the practical dining table for 6 people. The kitchen is independent and it is equipped to cook during your vacation, including a ceramic hob. there are two bedrooms to rest in this apartment. One has a double bed and the other has two single beds, both with a wardrobe. Finally, there is a shower bathroom for the whole accommodation. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and a high chair are also available. There also area washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Two fans complete the equipment.

This apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood in playa de Oliva, where families come to relax and enjoy. Playa de Oliva is located in the Valencia Region, with Denia in the South (Marina Alta) and Piles in the north (La Safor). This is a shallow and sandy coast with 10 km of beaches surrounded by dunes which divide the sea from the orange tree fields. You can visit the Natura park of Marjal de Pego-Oliva, a wet area with abundant local fauna and wildlife and vegetation with an important environmental value.
