This apartment is situated in a beautiful residential complex. Its major attractive is its wonderful garden and its big shared chlorine pool. This last sizes 12 x 6 m, has a depth of 1.1 to 1.8 m and it has an integrated children’s pool. There is also an exterior shower which you can use once you come back home from the beach, located at 450 m. After that, you will find your private place at the terrace of the flat, ideal to have breakfast or have a glass of wine.

This 1st floor apartment, without elevator, has two storeys. When you come in into the flat, there is a large kitchen-living-dining room, equipped with ceramic cooktop, a dining table with 4 chairs, a sofa where you can watch TV and air conditioning. Right there, there are also the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board. Upstairs, the accommodation features two dormitories with wardrobe, - one with a double bed, the other with two twin beds-, and a bathroom with shower. We can also provide you a cot and a high-chair. To beat the heat, there is air conditioning at the hallway of the bedrooms as well as 3 fans.

Oliva is a fantastic destination for those who are looking for beach and services accessible on foot. The beach is a short foot trip and in that area you will find all sorts of services such as bars, restaurants, supermarket, etc. The golf course is also situated at only 5 km.

Note: This renting does not accept guests under 26 years old, except when they travel with their parents. In order to be able to accept the booking, we need ID copies of each person.

The pool is open from May to October from 9 am to 2 pm and from 4 pm to 8 pm.
There is a parking place at the property.
