The privacy of this property is partial and you have a covered parking space for your vehicle.

The cozy and bright living room with fireplace is the ideal place to enjoy watching TV or reading a book. The furnished dining room is opened to the kitchen and the living room; there, you can enjoy great meals and dinner parties with your loved ones. The kitchen of this property has everything you need to dazzle your friends and family with your culinary creations, including electric stove. There is a separate laundry room where you have access to 1 washing machine, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. This apartment is in the residential complex called "Bahia de Denia" which has direct access to the beach of Els Molins located on the road to Les Marines, 6 km from Denia. The sandy, family-oriented beach is appreciated by athletes due to the great variety of water sports you can practice there, as well as beach volleyball. In the vicinity you can enjoy beautiful landscapes. It is highly recommended to visit Les Rotes, from the promenade along the shore of the beach of Marineta Casiana, down to the rocky coves of les Rotes, where you will enjoy the beautiful scenery, with the green and blue colors of the sea and the clear waters and rocky coves. The Marine Reserve of Cabo de San Antonio and the interesting visit to the Denia's castle, located on a gentle hill in the center of town, are also recommended. In addition, you will find a wide range of hiking trails, bike routes or diving routes.
