Great apartment for 6-8 people with shared pool and only 400 metres away from Playa de Gandía.
When you wake up in the morning in this fantastic apartment, you have the possibility to choose between beach or pool. The shared pool of the building is a family place where you can take a refreshing dip and feel, at the same time, at home. This is a chlorine pool sizing 8 x 4 metres and the depth ranges from 1.20 to 1.80 metres. There also is an attached children pool sizing 4 x 3 metres and with a 0.45 metres depth.

The apartment is located on the first floor and it has elevator. It offers a spacious glazed terrace for family meals or to spend a nice evening with a delicious dinner and an cup of wine. Inside, you will find a great sitting - dining room which is air-conditioned. Then the kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave and much more. There is a bathtub bathroom, a toilet and three bedrooms with a double bed each. Two of them present a closet, and one has access to the terrace. We can prepare the sofa bed at the living room for the two extra guests. A cot and a high chair also are available on request.

A few minutes walk leads to the shore of Playa de Gandía, a true paradise thanks to its good location, good weather, and large coastal extension of fine and white sand and blue waters. Platja del Nord or Platja de L'Ahuir are also a must visit we recommend. If you are an artisan lover, the traditional street market takes places on Sunday afternoon, and if pure nature delights you we invite you to visit the Ullal de L'Estany, one of the springs for the Marsh of Gandía.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 28 years old, unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

The shared pool is open from the 15th June to 15th September.
There is exterior covered parking for 1 car.
Pets are not welcome!.
