This wonderful house with a private swimming pool, located at Inca city, welcomes from 4 to 6 guests.
Welcome to this modern house with a private chlorine 8m x 4m swimming pool, with a depth ranging that goes from 0.5m to 1.8m and an external shower. The grass area is ideal for sunbathing or play with your kids. It also disposes of a furnished porch with Spanish channels TV, perfect to enjoy a lovely summer night after preparing a delicious barbecue. Remember that upstairs are neighbors living.

The house is divided in one floor. It disposes of a fantastic dining- room with satellite TV, a kitchen with vitro hub where you can prepare your favorite dishes and with direct access to the external porch and the swimming pool. There are three comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and bathroom en suite with a relaxing hydro massage bath and a shower, and two with a single bed each. Is disposes of another bathroom with a shower. If you come with two more guests, we will provide you two folding beds without any extra cost. If you travel with your baby, we will provide you a cot and a high chair. The property disposes of a practical washing area with a washing machine, an iron and an iron board. We can provide you fans under request. There's air conditioning in the living area and in two of the bedrooms. Besides, this house provides you with two electric radiators.

Inca city is so special, quiet and ideal to enjoy its gastronomic offer, as is famous for its traditional majorcan food restaurants, known as "cellers". Is also a good choice for going shopping, and in the summer afternoons, becomes a very lively place. Every Thursday takes place the legendary market, which is being taking place continuously from more than 7 centuries. For the mountain lovers, we recommend a trip to Puig de Santa Magdalena and a visit to its lovely hermitage and viewpoint, located at the top and declared cultural interest place at the island. As is located at the feet of the Sierra de Tramuntana, you can also drive to Lluc and the idyllic Sa Calobra cove. Driving to north around 20-25 minutes, you will find the wonderful white sand beach that goes from Puerto de Alcúdia until Can Picafort.
