Welcome to this lovely apartment for 4+1 guests near the sea in Playa de Gandia
The apartment offers a fully equipped terrace.

A 56m2-sized apartment is located on the ground floor and features 2 bedrooms (a double bedroom and a bunk bedroom) and one bathroom. There is a sleeping possibility on the sofa-bed. A crib and a baby chair can be provided upon request.

A cozy living-kitchen-dining room is air-conditioned and is equipped with a sofa, TV, armchairs and a dining corner. A fully-fittted kitchen offers a necessary kitchenware to cook delicious meals. A washing machine, an iron with an ironing board are also available.

Any time of year is perfect to visit Gandia Beach with its great location and enviable weather. Gandia's beaches have seven kilometres of coast with fine white sand which is a pleasure to walk along, and crystal clear water to cool the hot summer days. You can enjoy the Platja del Nord with its three-kilometre Neptune Promenade, where you can take long walks by the sea and discover food, entertainment and leisure amenities (including a sports club on the sands). The Platja de L'Ahuir is a quieter beach and if a naturist style appeals, try the Platja nudist area. Or you can lose yourself in the charm of the Platja de Rafalcaid. On Sunday afternoon you can go to the market with its wide product range and interesting stalls.

If you like nature you must visit the Ullal de L'Estany, one of the springs that feed the marsh of Gandia. Its fresh water comes from the nearby mountains and emerges from the ground next to the Alquería (farmhouse) del Duc.

You might also enjoy the Route of the Monasteries that runs through the central regions of Valencia joining five former convents and monasteries, where you can visit the Duke's Palace.

And if there is time to enjoy more of Valencia you can visit a modern area of the city including the Museum of Arts and Sciences, the Oceanogràfic (oceanarium) or the area´s best amusement park, the Terra Mítica, in Benidorm.
