Apartment Valiant

Apartment with communitary pool, near the beach of Playa de Tavernes de Valldigna, with enough space for 6 persons.
The communitary, chlorine pool measures 15m x 9m, with a depth ranging from 1,1m - 1,9m. The common outdoor area is accessible for people with restricted mobility. There is a kids pool with a depth of 30cm, and an exterior shower, to wash off the sand or chlorine. The apartment itself counts with a private terrace with views on the green area in front of the apartment and on the urbanisation.

This 2nd-floor apartment counts with an elevator. The luminous living- and dining room invites you for great get-togethers with your family. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stovetop, an electric oven, an italian coffeemaker and basic utensils to prepare your meal. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed and access to the terrace, one with two individual beds and another with a trundle bed. All bedrooms count with a wardrobe and a fan. On request, we can prepare a baby bed and a highchair. The bathroom is for general use and counts with a bathtub.

The beach of Tavernes de Valldigna, at 100m, is a relatively quiet and familiar area, with a beachside boulevard to have a walk and a drink with your loved ones. In the village, you will find restaurants, supermarkets and bars. In Gandia, you may want to visit the old town or the Ducal Palace. You can also go hiking in the mountains of Simat de Valldigna. In Xàtiva, at 36km, you can visit the castle and the medieval citywalls.

Note: We can not accept youth groups under 30 years for this apartment (except for families with children). We will need copies of all passports.

The last days of July, there can be some noise from a nearby music festival.
The pool is open from 15 June till 15 September, from 10:30h till 15:00h and from 17:30h till 22:00h.
The changeover day is on Saturday from 15/06 to 31/08/2019.
