Beautiful and renewed apartment for 5 people, located in Playa de Gandía. It is only 220 metres away from the beach.
This accommodation can be found within a building of flats only a few steps away from the beach. You can admire the sea from the terrace while the sunbeams take care of you, having a cup of coffee or an orange juice and some toasts. The streets and buildings are illuminated at night and become the perfect scenery for an outdoors evening.

The inside, completely restored, is really beautiful. the living room, open to the dining area, is luminous and ample and it comes with a couch and a TV set. The kitchen is independent and it has a ceramic hob. It counts with all utensils and space to cook at ease. The washing machine can be also found at the kitchen, as well as the iron and the ironing board. The house presents three bedrooms, all with a wardrobe. One has two single beds, another has one single bed and the 3rd bedroom comes with a double bed and space for a cot and a high chair. There are also 4 radiators available if needed.

The area of Playa de Gandía has everything needed for an unforgettable stay, including charming places with a lot of history, all kinds of restaurants and shops and, of course, supermarkets, pharmacies, and other services. Its traditional markets is a must visit as well as its large white sandy beach with lots of opportunities to practice water sports.
