Welcome to this cosy and comfy apartment in Grao de Gandia with capacity for 4 - 5 people and located about 1 km away from the beach.
The balcony of this apartment becomes the perfect place to enjoy the sunbeams every morning while you have a cup of coffee or maybe a glass of wine in the evening after spending a great day at the beach. Then you have the terrace inside where you can eat lunch or dine alfresco.

Inside, this 1st floor flat with no lift surprises with its simplicity and nice atmosphere in the living room where you can rest for a while on the sofa, relax, enjoy your meals all together and make plans for you stay. The kitchen is independent and its has a gas stove and all needed utensils to cook as if you were at home. There are 3 bedrooms with a closet each, two of them with a single bed and the last one with a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom. There is a second shower bathroom for the rest of the apartment. If you are travelling with your baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair. The sofa in the living becomes a bed for the extra guest. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are at the terrace. Four fans complete the equipment.

The charming village of Grao de Gandia is the ideal place to enjoy some days of rest at any moment of the year since it boasts a perfect promenade to have long walks by the shore with a nice and soft weather and with lots of restaurants, cafes, ice-cream parlours and much more. You can walk while basking in the sun, swim in the beach, enjoy a delicious ice-cream or a succulent Mediterranean recipe.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
