In a beautiful mountain urbanisation in Xeresa, this great apartment with a shared pool welcomes 4 guests.
The beautiful exterior area of this apartment is perfect to enjoy a relaxing vacation. A large artificial lawn, together with a beautiful landscape, surrounds the two shared chlorine pools. One of the pools sizes 25 x 20 metres and its water depth ranges from 0.10 to 1.90 metres. It also offers an integrated jacuzzi of cold water. The second pool is for children, has a diameter of 16 metres and the water depth ranges from 0.10 to 0.60 metres. The residential also boasts a gym and a cafeteria. And, after a long day full of activities, you have your private terrace where you can enjoy a delicious dinner and a drink on the exterior sofas.

Inside this apartment -located on the second floor of a building with a lift-, you find a huge living-dining-kitchen that surprises with the large windows that will allow you to gaze at the beautiful landscape whilst you enjoy your meals or rest and watch TV. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and all you need to cook. The washing machine, iron and ironing board also are in the kitchen. The apartment has two bedrooms to rest at night, both with a closet and exit to the terrace. One has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a tub. The other bedroom has a double bed. We can provide a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby. And there is a second bathroom with a tub too for the rest of the house. Finally, the apartment features ducted air-conditioning.

This great residential complex is located about 2.5 km away from Xeresa, a lovely town placed on a plain, although surrounded by greenery and impressive hills, becoming the perfect place for those who love nature and peace. It also features all the needed services for an independent stay. But the best of all is the great weather all year round since winter is soft and summer is warm, perfect to go to the beach. The nearest one is Playa de Gandía, about 6 km away.
