un bel appartamentino per 4 persone grazioso e accogliente , con cucina completa , bagno , aria condizionata e ben arredato in una bella zona tranquilla . l'unica inconvenienza è che non tutte le foto corrispondono all'appartamento che ti assegnano . Il gruppo HOMERTI sono professionisti molto precisi , i quali ringraziamo per l'ospitalità e per il loro lavoro . Comunque l' insieme merita 5 stelle .

Great apartment for 4 people in Son Bauló -Can Picafort- with private terrace and only 1 km from the beach.
On the front terrace you can enjoy your lunch and dinner outdoors and the bedroom balcony is ideal for having a drink and relaxing. The rooftop offers a shared terrace where they can sunbathe on the loungers or have a drink while admiring the blue sea on the horizon. In addition, the building has a great shared barbecue. The apartment is located on the first floor of a building without a lift.
The comfortable apartment is fully equipped to enjoy a perfect stay. The living room has satellite TV and air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob. There are two bedrooms, both with AC and twin beds. The bathroom has a bathtub. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board and we can offer you 2 cots and 2 high chairs if you are travelling with babies.
Son Bauló is a residential area of Can Picafort where you will find all the necessary services for an independent stay. The wonderful beach is only 1 km from the apartment and you can visit other beautiful beaches such as Playa de Muro or Playa de Alcudia by car or bus.
The owner will treat you to a bottle of wine and a typical Mallorcan dessert.

2 guests reviewed this property. My Mum and I had a very pleasant stay at this apartment.It was very clean and exactly how it was described. Both bedrooms have an own closet and the kitchen and washing machine were equipped as much as necessary.However, the beds are very hard and we got the impression that the beds were very old because we could literally feel the bed feathers while lying on the bed, which was very uncomfortable.Also, the apartment is located at a very loud street with loads of cars driving by. The second balcony of the apartment is a lot more silent so you can escape the noisy main balcony.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
