House overlooking the sea and mountains with direct beach access to Oliva Nova beach. It sleeps up to 9 people.

It has two fabulous porches: a furnished one (14 m2), where you can enjoy eating outdoors, and one at the entrance of the house (8 m2). There are two garden areas of 250 m2: one is private, with a fixed barbecue; and another one, with access to the beach, is shared with two neighbours.

This 110 m2 house, distributed over two floors, has four bedrooms: two on the ground floor (one double and one with three single beds), and two on the first floor (one double and one twin). A cot is available on request. There are two bathrooms with shower that serve the entire house, one on each floor.
The large fully-furnished living-dining room has a fireplace. In this area you can relax, watch TV, read a good book or enjoy meals with family and friends. The open-plan kitchen is fully-equipped, with a cooker that uses gas and electricity. The laundry area has washing machine, iron and ironing board.

In Oliva you can enjoy swimming or sunbathing on the fine sandy beaches, and practise water sports such as sky-surfing. Oliva Nova has an equestrian centre where you can get riding lessons and where state championships are also held. Nearby, there is a golf course, where you spend some time practicing your swing; Montgó Natural Park, which is ideal for hikers; and the Marjal d'Oliva, where the Font Salada is to be found, a place which is famous for having beneficial properties for the skin.

Note: This accommodation does not accept groups of young people under 25 years, unless they are travelling with their parents. We need copies of the ID of each person in order to be able to accept the booking.

Pets weighing no more than 50 kg are allowed at the property.
