Gorgeous typical village house located at S'Estanyol, located only 600 meters from the sea, where 4 guests will find a second home.
This beautiful three floor refurnished house disposes of all the necessary amenities to enjoy a wonderful hollydays near the sea.

At the ground floor, a comfortable living-room invites you to watch the satellite TV or a DVD. The equipped kitchen with vitro hub is perfect to prepare your favourite dishes, and you can dispose of a kettle under request. There is a fantastic porch where you can prepare a nice barbecue. A bathroom with a shower gives service to the floor. Obviously, there is an independent washing area with a washing machine, an iron and an iron board.

At the fisrt floor, there are two bedrooms with a wardrobe each, a double bed and access to a wonderful terrace, and another one with two single beds. Both dispose of a fan if you need it. If you travel with your baby, we will provide you a cot and a high chair. Also, there is a shared bathroom with a bath.

At the last floor, you will find a lovely terrace, ideal to sunbathe at the hammocks and disconnect.

S'Estanyol is a very quiet residential area, with restaurants and bars, and from about 600 meters to a virgin beach, where have a walk and swim will be idylic. Only 2 km separate you from Sa Ràpita, where there are more services too.
At the capital Palma, you can go for a wide range of touristic tours, shopping or go for a drink at night.

Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
