Welcome to this pretty terraced house near the beach, in Son Serra de Marina. It is prepared for 6 persons.
The outdoor area counts with a 8m x 3m chlorine pool (the depth steeps up slowly from 1,50m - 2m) and a green area to relax and enjoy the sun.
The private 12m2 terrace is completely frurnished and overlooks the pool. The kitchen counts with a small balcony with seaview.

The 130m2 house is modernly decorated and is the perfect getaway for families with children. The three bedrooms are situated on the first floor: one with a double bed and two with two individual beds each. There are two bathrooms: one with a shower on the first floor and one with a bath tub on the ground floor.
The living room invites for relaxing on the sofa with a good book. It counts with satellite TV (English and Spanish) and a dining table for 6. The independent kitchen works with a hob and counts with all necessary utensils to prepare a great family dinner. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The house is situated in the center of the quiet village of Son Serra de Marina. There are direct neighbours. The house is situated at 50m from the beach. As there aren't any hotels or traffic, it is a quiet area with a beautiful unspoiled beach, with rocks and fine white sand. Specially during the low season you might find some areas with heaps of seagrass, but there is always enough space to enjoy the beach. There are no umbrellas or sunbeds, on this beach. In Son Serra you will find a small supermarket and some nice restaurants.
Can Picafort is only 9km away. There, you will find everything you need during your stay: supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars and all kinds of leisure activities.
Halfway between Son Serra and Can Picafort, you will find the area of Son Real, with its remains of a Phoenician city, its Phoenician necropolis on the beach, and it's information center. It is a worthwhile walk to the beach. You can either reach it by car or following the beach from either side.
