Chalet near the beach of Playa de Muro, with capacity for up to 6 persons.
This chalet counts with a private garden with 40m2 green area with a lemon tree to provide some shade, an exterior shower to wash off the sand after a long day on the beach, and two sun loungers to sunbathe and relax. There is a furnished terrace in fron of the kitchen, to enjoy outdoor dinners or to have a drink. The house is situated in a relatively quiet urbanisation, therefore, there are direct neighbours on both sides.

The chalet is ground floor only, with a comfortable living- and dining room, with access to the garden. There are two sofas, satelllite TV (German and Spanish channels), a fireplace and a dining table for 6. The independent kitchen has a gas stovetop, a refrigerator and all other necessary utensils to prepare your favorite dishes. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You can choose between three bedrooms, for a good night rest: two of them have a double bed (one even has an en-suite bath room with a shower) and the third bedroom counts with two single beds. All bedrooms count with a wardrobe. There is one bathroom with a bath tub, for general use. On request, we can prepare a baby bed and a high chair. In the hall to the bedrooms, there is airconditioning, which can cool all bedrooms at the same time. The whole house is equipped with central heating, so it is a great place for winter as well.

This area of the beach of Playa de Muro is relatively quiet and untouched, characterised by fine, white sand and chrystalline water. It is situated between Can Picafort and Port d'Alcúdia, where you can easily find all kinds of services, supermarkets, restaurants and activities. During the summertime, the bus passes every 15 minutes, but you can also rent a bike and use the bike lane. In winter, we recommend a car, as there are less busses. The village of Alcúdia is worth a visit, with its old town city walls, it cobbled streets and the market on Sundays and Tuesdays. There is an old Roman village and an amphitheater to visit.
