This old fisherman's house in Cala Figuera with sea views is ideal for couple or small family with a child. It can accommodate up to 3 people.
There are some very special properties in Mallorca and that is certainly one of them.

The renovated fisherman's cottage is hidden in a very romantic corner of Mallorca, in Cala Figuera and has direct access to the sea. Formerly it was used as parking for boats. Today, our guests wake up with a marvelous sea view and can have a fresh dip in the morning. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and en-suite bathroom with shower. A real narrow staircase leads to the first floor where you will find a living / dining room with sea view and a sofa bed as well as satellite television. The small kitchen area has all the necessary utensils for preparing breakfasts or simple plates. In total there is a coffee maker, small fridge-freezer, juicer, microwave, crockery and gas hob. Upstairs there is another terrace with wonderful views to the port of Cala Figuera, ideal to relax and see the wonderful sunrises. A fan and an electric radiator complete the equipment.

This place is ideal to forget the daily stress and live a life in harmony with the sea, side by side with local neighbors who are mostly fishermen. Every morning, they prepare their boats hoping for a good haul. In the port there are few seafood and local food restaurants, as well as a pizzeria and cafes. We recommend you renting a car and explore the surroundings, such as Cala Mondrago, Caló des Moró, Cala S'Almunia, Cala Ferrera and Portopetro. In Cala D'Or you will find a great offer of leisure, catering, supermarkets and shops. Wednesday and Saturday you can visit the Santanyí market and buy fresh fruit and vegetables. But we are sure, that at the end of the day you will always want to return to your romantic corner in Cala Figuera.

Note: The rent of this property is based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban rentals, for which the property will be available for the seasonal use. This contract does not offer any kind of tourist services to the renter and only consists of the grant of use and enjoyment of property.

Note: Please, note, that we do not accept youth groups under 25 years. We need to know the ages of all travellers to confirm the reservation. We might ask for copies of all passports, later on.
