Welcome to this wonderful house for 5 people in Denia. It offers a great terrace on the seafront of the beach of Santa Ana, in Denia.
If you love houses by the sea, this one will be the best to spend unforgettable moments! While admiring the sea, you'll be able to enjoy small moments at the porch, like a delicious breakfast, or a good reading. And the top privilege will be having the beach a few steps away, boasting a fine golden sand a blue water.
To access the house, you have to climb the stairs in the backyard that overlooks the street. Inside you'll find a modern living - dining kitchen equipped with AC. It invites to cook on the ceramic hob as if you were at home, enjoy your delicious dishes and watch the TV while relaxing on the sofa and admiring the waves through the door. The 3 bedrooms offer a double bed and a closet. We can prepare a baby cot and a high chair if needed. The bathroom in the house has a shower. Finally, 1 fan, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board complete the equipment.
This holiday home is nearly over the beach sand of Santa Ana, in a quiet residential area of Denia. Here, you'll find several restaurants and some basic services but we recommend you go to Denia for more services, If you like playing golf, you can drive to the course in Oliva Nova, about 9.2 km.
The backyard is only the access way of the accommodation since there are neighbour downstairs.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

La ubicación de la casa es perfecta, en un lugar tranquilo y precioso. La casa tiene todo lo necesario incluso si necesitas algo más, la anfitriona te lo facilita sin problema. Fueron muy amables. Hemos pasado unos días estupendos y esperamos repetir.

Vi hade det så bra och hela familjen var nöjd. Det fantastiska läget och att det var rent och fint. Allt man behöver fanns. Kunde gärna fått vara parkering på gården.

Las vistas, la privacidad y el acceso a la playa con la ducha exterior. La casa está totalmente reformada todo nuevo, mosquiteras en todas las ventanas. (Eso si, tener algún repelente de insectos par aplicarse apartir de las19:00h) Despertarse viendo el mar es una maravilla Un gran descubrimiento.

La situación, una maravilla comer frente al mar,dormirte con el murmullo de las olas,agua cristalina,arena blanca,y sin gente!!!Todo muy bien,salvo que no hay nada en los alrededores, para comerse un helado,comprar algo o tomarte una caña.

Hemos estado 9 días. La casa está bien equipada con mosquiteras en todas las ventanas, así puedes tener las ventanas abiertas sin que entren mosquitos. Se me quedó corto de vasos y cubiertos y en seguida la dueña me lo repuso sin problemas, muy amable y simpática. Zona muy tranquila y familiar para gente que quiera ir, que sepa que va un panadero todas las mañanas, sobre las 10. Por poner alguna recomendación para los dueños de la casa, pondría un topper en las camas para que fueran más blandas. Para la agencia que lo lleva, pondría pastillas lavavajillas para toda la estancia y papel higiénico, ya que solo dejan 2 rollos de los más pequeños que hay. Volveremos sin duda....
We have been there 9 days. The house is well equipped with mosquito nets on all windows, so you can have the windows open without mosquitoes entering. I was short of glasses and cutlery and the owner immediately replaced it for me without problems, very kind and friendly. Very quiet and familiar area for people who want to go, who know that a baker comes every morning, around 10. To give some recommendation for the owners of the house, I would put a topper on the beds to make them softer. For the agency that runs it, I would put dishwashing tablets for the entire stay and toilet paper, since they only leave 2 of the smallest rolls available. We will return without a doubt....
See more En este verano tan atípico, nunca creí que fuese a pasar unas vacaciones tan plenas: de luz, mar, estrellas, recuerdos... Estuvimos 5 días en Agostono en Casa Anna mi familia y yo. Su ubicación es inmejorable, a primera línea de mar, te permite oír el mar desde la misma cama, una gozada. La casa está acondicionada, con todo lo necesario para hacerte una estancia cómoda y agradable. Volveremos, sin duda lo recomiendo.
In this atypical summer, I never thought I would spend such a full vacation: light, sea, stars, memories... My family and I spent 5 days in August at Casa Anna. Its location is unbeatable, on the seafront, allowing you to hear the sea from your bed, a joy. The house is equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. We will return, I definitely recommend it.
