Welcome to this beautiful house located in a residential complex in Oliva Nova. It sleeps 4 people.
The extraordinary shared pool of the complex is, no doubt, the best place to enjoy your vacation in one of the warmest places. It's a chlorine pool sizing 15 x 12 metres and a depth ranging from 0.5 to 1.52 metres where you will be able to swim in peace. The family little ones also find their space in the attached children pool that sizes 5.2 x 4.5 metres and has 0.50 metres water depth.

The living-dining room is airy and cosy and it features a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table and a dining table with chairs, a TV-set and AC. The kitchen is independent and it offers a ceramic hob an all tools you need to cook your best dishes. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The house presents two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. You'll find an AC unit in each one. A baby cot and a high-chair are available. There is a shower bathroom in the accommodation.

Location is perfect, since you have a great variety of services around like restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, etc. In fact, you'll find a shopping mall nearby. Moreover, the spectacular beach of dunes and crystal clear water is only 1.9 km away. The golf course is 0.89 km from the house and we also recommend a visit to the town of Oliva.

The pool is open from May to October. Opening hours: from 8 am to 11 pm.
Please, respect the hours of rest from 3 to 5 pm and from midnight to 9 am.
