The house is located within a beautiful plot with pine trees and lots of vegetation in a quiet area within the toen. You can enjoy a nice breakfast at the terrace, enjoying the lovely environment. You will find other relaxing corners in the garden in order to rest an disconnect under the tress shadow. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.

The house features 164 m2 in three floors. From the terrace you can access the luminous living room which presents a classic style. There you can rest on the sofa while watching TV and warming up by the fireplace on the coldest days. It shares room with the dining area which has capacity for 6 people. The kitchen is independent, ample and luminous. It has a ceramic hob, a dishwasher and a comfortable table to cook in good company. You will also find a laundry area with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board in the house. The house presents three bedrooms in order to rest. You will access the bedroom area through a flight of stair from the living room. The 1st bedroom has two single beds. The second bedroom has a double bed and the last bedroom has just a single bed. All have a fan for the warmest nights and a wardrobe. An A/C unit at the corridor will refresh the summer nights. The house offers a complete bathroom with bathtub and bidet for the whole accommodation. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and a high chair are also available. On the 1st basement you will find another beautiful living room, a great place to rest and disconnect while reading a book or playing piano, for instance. On the 2nd basement you will find the garage with place for one car.

You can visit Les rotes: from the promenade by the beach of the Marineta Casiana, the only sandy beach in Les Rotes, to the rocky coves of Les Rotes. This wild spot stands out thanks to its great beauty of marine green and blue colours as well as the crystalline waters and the coast corners.
