This 110 m2 house, distributed over a ground floor, has two bedrooms: one double and one twin. One of the m features a fan. A cot and a high chair are available on request. There is a bathroom with shower that serves the entire house.

The living room is welcoming and has two sofas, two armchairs, a coffee table, and satellite TV. The dining room is equipped with a dining table and chairs. The separate kitchen, with glass-ceramic hob, is fully-equipped. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The location of this property is perfect, since all amenities are very close. The beach is just 750m away. A market is held every Friday in Can Picafort, where you can buy clothes, fresh food such as fruits or vegetables, local products, etc. There are big supermarkets in the area, too. If you want, you can pay a visit to the equestrian centre and enjoy the area by going for a horse ride. If you prefer the beaches of fine white sand you have several options in the area of Port d’Alcúdia and Can Picafort where you can practise water sports such as windsurfing, kite surfing or jet skiing, among others. If you prefer cycling, there are different routes to enjoy Mallorcan landscape.
