This fantastic semi-detached house in Puerto de Alcudia offers the same confort than a Mallorcan summer house near the sea to 5 guests.
Wake up early in the morning and enjoy a delicious coffee at the terrace while caressed by the first sun beams. Later in the day, the best plan is to cook a delicious barbecue and enjoy it alfresco at the back courtyard. This is furnished with a table with chairs and an sliding awning in case you wish to spend a nice evening dining and enjoying some wine. But, before that, you will have been able to enjoy an amazing summer day at the beach which is about 850 metres or 10 minutes walk away.
This two storey house offers a living-dining room open to the kitchen through a bar. Here, you can relax while watching the TV-Sat, enjoying a good reading or having lunch all together. The kitchen is very simple although with all utensils and appliances necessaries to cook, like a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave and more. The house features 3 bedrooms with a closet each. One is on the main floor and offers a single bed. The other two bedrooms are upstairs and both feature a double bed. All the rooms have an electric radiator for the coldest days, and the two on the top floor also come with a fan. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub on the first floor and the other outside with a shower. You will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board in the house, of course, and they are placed at the terrace. We can provide a cot and a high chair in case you are travelling with your baby.
The location of this accommodation is perfect since it is in an urbanisation of Puerto de Alcudia which, apart from being a lively area with all kinds of services, shops, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets, everything also is all reachable on foot. In addition, in order to visit the nearby towns like Can Picafort, Alcudia or Puerto the Pollensa, the bus stop is only 270 metres away from the property and the bus passes by every 15 minutes in the summer, but you can also drive if you prefer. The town centre of Alcudia is worth a visit specially on market days, Tuesdays and Sundays.
The wooden house of the courtyard is closed and not available to guests.

Quartier très calme et maison spacieuse. Nous avons pu stationner les motos dans le jardin. La maison comporte 3 chambres et le lave linge un plus qui nous a bien servis. La proximité avec les commerces est appréciable. Jardin fleurie et bien entretenu.
Very quiet neighborhood and spacious house. We were able to park the motorbikes in the garden. The house has 3 bedrooms and the washing machine is a plus which served us well. The proximity to shops is appreciable. Flowered and well-maintained garden.

Se han portado de 10, llegamos de madrugada y nos adelantsron el cheking para no tener que esperar en la calle, la casa estaba perfecta y ademas teniamos unos obsequios de bienvenida. Que mas puedes pedir, de seguro repetiremos.
They behaved like 10, we arrived early in the morning and they gave us early check-in so we didn't have to wait on the street, the house was perfect and we also had some welcome gifts. What more can you ask for, we will surely repeat.

Das Haus ist sauber und bietet alles um sich im Urlaub autark zu versorgen. Von guten Küchengeräten bis hin zur Waschmaschine ist alles vorhanden. Die überdachte Terrasse hat einen Grill und bietet auch bei Regen einen gemütlichen Ausweichort. Es ist zentral gelegen aber trotzdem weit genug vom üblichen Tourismus Rummel entfernt.
The house is clean and offers everything you need to be self-sufficient on vacation. Everything is available, from good kitchen appliances to a washing machine. The covered terrace has a grill and offers a cozy place to escape even when it rains. It is centrally located but still far enough away from the usual tourism hustle and bustle.

Es ist zentral gelegen, mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die in fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind Schöne Terrasse mit Grill und exotischen Pflanzen,wo man auch bei Regen gemütlich verweilen kann. Alles in Allem empfehlenswert .

Вилла отличная, очень функциональная, есть все необходимое для проживания. Расположение нам очень понравилось, недалеко от центральной улицы, но в тишине. До пляжа примерно 15 минут пешком. Большим плюсом является терраса и задний двор, с барбекю печью. Вилла, конечно далеко не новая и некоторые ее элементы достаточно изношены (кухня, сан узел), но это не помешало нам великолепно провести время на Майорке. Спасибо!
The villa is excellent, very functional, has everything you need for your stay. We really liked the location, not far from the main street, but in silence. The beach is about 15 minutes walk. A big plus is the terrace and backyard, with barbecue oven. The villa, of course, is far from new and some of its elements are quite worn out (kitchen, bathroom), but this did not stop us from having a great time in Mallorca. Thank you!

Ansonsten alles i.o.kaffeemaschine war überaltert bad eignet sich nur für 3bis 4 Personen.
Otherwise everything is ok. Coffee machine was outdated, bathroom is only suitable for 3 to 4 people.
Eine ruhige und trotzdem zentrale Lage - Strandnähe, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - perfekt für einen schönen Urlaub. Wenn man die Insel erkunden will ist ein Mietwagen empfehlenswert. Sehr nette ruhige Nachbarn. Die Betten sind super !
