Welcome to this beautiful house for 3 people, in Denia, situated at only 400 meters from Playa de Les Marines.
This magnificent three-storey house is really beautiful thanks to the perfect and tastefully combination of traditional elements that have been totally modernized with actual materials. The upper terrace is very cosy and it is perfectly furnished to make your breakfasts more pleasant and unforgettable.

The indoors get to offer a very peaceful feeling, thanks to its warm on a par with cheerful decoration. On the main floor, there is a living-dining room, ideal to have lunch all together and watch TV. Immediately after, you gain access to the kitchen, equipped with ceramic cooktop, and a bathroom with shower. Going upstairs through spiral staircase, you will find a toilette and two bedrooms with wardrobe, one of them with a double bed and the other one with a single bed. There is also availability for a cot and a high-chair. In terms of the acclimatization, the dormitories’ corridor has an air-conditioning and there are three fans too. On the last floor, there is the laundry, - with washing machine, iron and ironing board-, and the terrace.

The property is located in the very centre of Denia, at only 400 meters or just 5 minutes walking from Playa de Les Marines. This is simply perfect for those people who are sea lovers. In addition, in that zone there are all the necessary facilities such as bars, supermarkets, restaurants, the bus and train station, as well as the port that is at more or less 2 km.
