This lovely single family house in Playa de Muro, in the north of Mallorca, offers a second home for 5 people.
The property is fenced and features a nice terrace with three sun loungers and a table with chairs under a pergola, where you can prepare a tasty BBQ. Thanks to the exterior shower, you can refresh yourself after a long day on the beach, which is only 900 metres away. There's a ping-pong table for exciting family tournaments. At the front part of the property, there's a furnished porch with a decorative, old well. Formerly, this well has been used for the water supply, but actually it's closed. This lovely house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, is independent and has direct neighbours.

This homelike house comprises a comfortable sitting-dining room with A/C and satellite-TV, a fully-equipped kitchen with gas hob, a laundry with washer, iron and ironing board, a bath with shower, a bedroom with two single beds and two double bedrooms, one of them with bathroom en-suite with bath tub and bidet. We can supply a cot and a high chair for our youngest guests. Electric radiators for the winter and fans for the summer can be provided upon request.

The location, only 900 metres from the fine grained sand beach Playa de Muro is probably the main reason why you may adore this property. At the same time it's close to the natural park of S'Albufera. Playa de Muro connects the town Can Picafort with Puerto de Alcúdia and is divided into quiet, undeveloped zones and parts with beach bars and toilets. This dreamlike beach is protected by dunes and there are several easy and nice trails leading through the dunes.

In Can Picafort you will find everything you may need for an independent holiday. During the summer season, it's a lively place and during the first two weeks of August, they celebrate a festival in honour of the patron saint. During the festival, you can enjoy activities for young and old, live music and much more. The seafront offers lots of restaurants and bars, where you can have a drink while contemplating the Mediterranean. The natural park of S'Albufera is the biggest marshland of the north, famous for its variety of birds. During the high season, a car is not essential as you can go by bus or rent a bicycle or a motorbike.
