Welcome to this fantastic town house in Ariany, where up to 6 guests find a beautiful home that combines the rustic style with a modern and delicate touch.
Feel and breathe the peace and the authentic atmosphere of the Mallorcan town traditions in this cosy and beautiful house. After a day full of activities, making an excursion or at the beach, you can cool down under the exterior shower spray before you prepare a barbecue outdoors and you enjoy it by a good bottle of wine under the porch. The property is fenced and, since it is in the centre of the town, there are direct neighbours.

The interior displays a traditional style but enjoying all modern comforts at the same time like for instance the great living room with satellite TV. The dining-kitchen is spacious and features a gas stove. You will also find the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board in there. A bedroom with two twin beds, closet and en-suite shower bathroom completes the floor. The staircase leads to the upper floor and another two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Another shower bathroom can be found on this storey. If you are travelling with your baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair. Two fans for the hottest days complete the equipment.

The village of Ariany is very authentic and it’s situated slightly north from the centre of the island, about 20 minutes driving from the fine sandy beaches of Can Picafort and Playa de Muro. In Ariany, there is a small grocery store and some restaurants and basic services, for your stay. On Wednesday you can visit the market of Sineu, which is the oldest of Mallorca. The area of Petra, Sant Joan and Vilafranca de Bonany is perfect to practice cycling and hiking.
