You will create fabulous and unforgettable memories in any of the two beautiful terraces of this house. One is on the main floor and the other is upstairs. They are the perfect place to enjoy a barbecue al fresco under the sail awning, to bask in the sun on any of the two sun loungers, or reading a book under the parasol while enjoying a glass of wine. If you come with the family little ones, you will have a great time watching them playing and running throughout.

When you enter the house, a beautiful hall leads to a single and useful room, where the kitchen -with ceramic top-, dining and living area come together. This is perfect because you can cook your best recipes while chatting with your loved ones, who can prepare the table at the same time or look for an interesting TV series in the satellite TV channels to make you company while enjoying your meals. The sofa invites to rest comfortably with the air-conditioning. For a total rest, you are going to find two bedrooms with a closet and air-conditioning each. One has a double bed and the other has two twin beds. If you are travelling with your baby, a cot and a high chair also are available. There is one shower bathroom for the whole accommodation, and you will find a washer and a dryer at the laundry room.

Located in the town centre of Porreres, this house offers an easy access to all public services, shops, restaurants,... needed for your stay. In fact, Porreres features a great gastronomic and oenologic variety for you to enjoy the Mediterranean tastes. If you like the beach and feel like admiring an amazing sunset, you have to visit the beaches of Sa Ràpita or Ses Covetes, about 21-22 km away, or maybe the protected and paradisaical beach of es Trenc, a breathtaking extensive beach of turquoise and crystalline water.
