Lovely town house with terrace in Santa Eugenia, in the center of Majorca, ideal for 6 people.

The front terrace overlooks the street and is perfect for a relaxing evening, having a cocktail or making a barbecue. There's a second, smaller terrace on the first floor where you can have your five o' clock tea. The two-storey house has next door neighbors. If you love village life, you may adore this property.

The modern living-dining room is open to the well equipped kitchen. Fancy a quiet evening watching TV? The television comes with satellite TV and some English channels. Six people can sit down around the dining table and share laughs and talks. There's a breakfast bar where you could have a drink while cooking. The kitchen is well equipped, including a vitro stove top, an oven, a dishwasher and some kitchenware. To prepare great breakfasts, there's an electric coffee machine, an Italian coffee maker, a toaster and a fruit squeezer. The laundry room comes with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 4 bedrooms in total.

On the main floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed each.One is air-conditioned and has direct exit to the terrace and the other offers a wood stove. In this room we can prepare a cot in case you are travelling with your baby. A bathroom with a bath completes the ground floor.

On the first floor there is a second living room with sofa, TV and access to the upper terrace is on the first floor, same as the second kitchen. This kitchen counts with a basic equipment, including a coffee machine and a kettle. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, both with closet and A/C. One is fitted with two twin beds while the second has a double bed. A bathroom with bathtub, mirror and toilet is on the first floor as well.

The house is located in the small town Santa Eugenia, in the center of Majorca. A car is essential to go to the beach, sightseeing or shopping. Can Pastilla is the next sand beach and it is 21 km from the house. You could also visit Playa de Muro beach in the North and Es Trenc beach in the South. The village of Sineu is famous for its Wednesday Market, where fresh groceries, clothes and plants are offered. The capital, Palma de Mallorca is a vibrant city with a wide range of leisure and culture. You could visit the famous La Seu Cathedral, take a walk on the sea promenade Paseo Marítimo or try our delicious Mediterranean cuisine in Palma's restaurants.
