Enjoy a great vacation in this beautiful two-storey village house in Arta, with fantastic terraces and an above ground pool. It has capacity for 6 people.
The exteriors of this house possess a singular beauty thanks to its Mallorcan style that can be noticed in the natural stoned walls that surround the wonderful terrace. This is ideal to sunbathe on two sun loungers and cool down in the above ground chlorine pool afterwards. It sizes 2.5 x 1.5 metres and it has a depth of 0.65 metres. There is an exterior shower bathroom for your comfort. If you feel like having breakfast outdoors you can do it also there whilst, in the evening, the porch with barbecue is a better option.

The combination of the Mallorcan stone together with the rustic and at the same time modern furniture transform the inside into a beautiful and nice place. You can relax on the sofas of the living room while watching TV, with international channels, and celebrate a great lunch with your family or friends in the dining room. The kitchen is open to the dining area so you just have to cook on the induction top and put the dishes on the table in a quick way. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board, of course. On the same floor there is a one single bed room, while the other three bedrooms and the shower bathroom are upstairs. Two of them present a double bed and the last one has one single bed. A cot and a high chair can be provided as well as two fans on request.

Arta is a village near the coast, only 10 minutes away by car from the virgin and paradisaical beaches of the east of Mallorca. If you like playing golf you are in the right place since there are 4 courses nearby. It also is perfect for hiking or biking excursions. In Arta, you will find one of the most interesting archaeological sites, el Talayot de Ses Païsses, where there are the remains of a more than 3000 years old settlement. If you want to go clubbing at night, Cala Ratjada is only 15 minutes away by car.
