Welcome to this beautiful town house in the village of Selva, a picturesque mountain place where 6 people will find their second home.
The exterior area of this two-storey house is very beautiful. The floor on the -1 level exclusively features the garden where you can bask in the sun on one of the 4 sun loungers or where you can read a book or listen to some music in peace. On the other hand, on the main floor where we find the accommodation, you have a lovely terrace which is perfectly furnished to organise delicious breakfasts or barbecues while you admire the wonderful views to the fields. Privacy is partial since this is a town house.
When you enter you feel the delicacy, comfort, warmth and peace all around. The living-dining room is the perfect place to enjoy your meals all together and then rest while watching the TV and cooling down with the AC. Next you find the kitchen which is equipped with a ceramic hob and industrial appliances as well as a small island with two stools. the utility room is independent and offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are three bedrooms where you can rest, all of them with a closet and one also with exit to the terrace. One has a trundle bed and the other two feature a double bed each -one of them with an en-suite bathroom with a tub-. There is a second bathroom with a bath for the rest of the house. A baby cot, a high-chair, three fans and three radiators can be provided. Please, note that the chimneys only are decorative elements.
Selva is a lovely charming village well known thanks to its location at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range. The routes through the paths and the mountain will lead you to different privileged towns and places like Moscari, Caimari, Campanet or the Monastery of Lluc. You cannot miss the springs of ses Fonts Ufanes during the rainy season. Regarding the needed services, you will find all of them in the town and even more in the small city of Inca where you cannot miss the traditional street market on Thursday morning. The nearest beach is the one of Playa de Muro, less than 27 km away.

Beautiful view from the terrace.
Die Lage des Hauses ist toll; relativ enge Gasse, daher nicht viel Verkehr. Die Terrasse bietet einen sehr, sehr schönen Weitblick... Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Eigentümer hat die Wohnung übergeben und war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
The location of the house is great; Relatively narrow street, so not much traffic. The terrace offers a very, very nice view... The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The owner handed over the apartment and was very friendly and helpful.

Tolle Lage mit super Aussicht!Die Bäder sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Klimaanlage befindet sich im Wohnraum und um alle Räume zu kühlen, müsste man innerhalb der Wohnung alle Türen auf lassen. Ob das dann funktioniert? Keine Ahnung
Great location with great views! The bathrooms are a bit old. The air conditioning is in the living room and in order to cool all the rooms you would have to leave all the doors inside the apartment open. Will that work then? No idea
See more Wir wurden pünktlich und sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und genau wie auf den Fotos. Der tolle Blick von der Terrasse war traumhaft. Ein kleiner Tipp: es wäre toll, wenn in der Küche eine Grundausstattug an Lebensmitteln vorhanden wäre. Wir mussten alles kaufen ( Salz, Öl, ...Geschirrspültabs). Auch Toilettenpapier war nicht zum Auffüllen vorrätig. Freunden ging es in einer anderen Ferienwohnung ähnlich. Vielleicht ist das auf Mallorca also normal (?). Alles in allem auf alle Fälle zum Weiterempfehlen!
We were welcomed on time and very friendly. The apartment was very clean and exactly like the photos. The great view from the terrace was fantastic. A little tip: it would be great if there was a basic supply of food in the kitchen. We had to buy everything (salt, oil,...dishwasher tablets). There was also no toilet paper available to refill. Friends had a similar experience in another holiday apartment. So maybe this is normal in Mallorca (?). All in all, definitely recommended!

Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Alles war unkompliziert.Die Wohnung ist von außen unscheinbar, überrascht aber wenn man drin ist. Die Aufteilung ist angenehm, man hat ein gutes Raumgefühl. Stilistisch ist sie Mallorca-typisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Eigentlich fehlt es nichts, selbst der Sonnenschirm für den Strandgang ist vorhanden. Eine Klimaanlage ist in allen Räumen vorhanden, muss aber extra geordert werden. Positiv aufgefallen ist uns auch die gute Sauberkeit. Die Terasse unten im Garten verfügt über drei Liegen und Sonnenschirm. Das ist soweit in Ordnung wenn man eben nur liegen und vielleicht lesen will. Insekten haben uns weniger geplagt. Das haben wir auf ländlichen Fincas schon ganz anders erlebt. Auch ist es insgesamt ruhig, vielleicht bis auf ein paar nächtliche Mopeds. Die Terasse auf Wohnungsebene bietet einen weiten und schönen Blick. Wer früh aufsteht, kann dort schöne Sonnenaufgänge genießen. Der Ort selbst ist klein aber fein, bietet genügend Gastronomie. Inca ist nah, aber deutlich hektischer. Die Ausgangslage ist nicht schlecht. Tramuntana-Gebirge, Ostküste, Alcudia, Pollenca, Arta sind schnell erreicht. Der Mietwagen sollte klein sein, die Gassen und mögliche Abstände sind eng. (was die Einheimischen mit Bravour meistern). Parken ging meist in recht nah, ein paar Mal in 200m Entfernung. Unbedingt auf gelbe Linien achten!
The landlord was very friendly. Everything was uncomplicated. The apartment is inconspicuous from the outside, but surprises you once you're inside. The layout is pleasant and you have a good feeling of space. Stylistically, it is typical of Mallorca and tastefully furnished. Actually nothing is missing, even the parasol for going to the beach is there. Air conditioning is available in all rooms, but must be ordered separately. We also noticed the good cleanliness. The terrace at the bottom of the garden has three loungers and a parasol. That's fine if you just want to lie down and maybe read. Insects have bothered us less. We have experienced this very differently on rural fincas. It's also quiet overall, maybe apart from a few mopeds at night. The terrace on the apartment level offers a wide and beautiful view. If you get up early, you can enjoy beautiful sunrises there. The place itself is small but nice and offers enough restaurants. Inca is close, but much more hectic. The starting position is not bad. The Tramuntana mountains, east coast, Alcudia, Pollenca, Arta can be reached quickly. The rental car should be small, the streets and possible distances are narrow. (which the locals master with flying colors). Parking was usually quite close, a few times 200m away. Be sure to pay attention to yellow lines!

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, der Ausblick ist fantastisch und wir konnten jeden Tag unseres Aufenthaltes genießen. Die Unterkunft ist genau so wie auf den Bildern, sehr sauber und die Kommunikation war schnell und einfach. Das Apartment hat die perfekte Größe und liegt in einem süßen mallorquinischen Dörfchen, welches zum spazieren einlädt. Wir haben in dem Schlafzimmer angrenzend an die Terrasse geschlafen – unsere Matratze war bequem und der Schlaf erholsam. Die Ausstattung ist gut, gerade in der Küche waren wir happy, dass alles da war. Wir haben viel viel zu Hause gekocht und den schönen Ausblick auf der Terrasse genossen. Auch morgens ist es herrlich dort zu frühstücken. Zwar haben wir den Smart TV mit Sat-Antenne, Netflix & Co. selten benutzt, aber es ist da für den Fall, dass man doch einen Filmabend genießen möchte. Zudem hatten wir ein Mietauto, für das wir immer einen Parkplatz in der Nähe gefunden haben. Wir hatten wirklich einen schönen Aufenthalt.
A very nice accommodation, the view is fantastic and we were able to enjoy every day of our stay. The accommodation is exactly like the pictures, very clean and communication was quick and easy. The apartment is the perfect size and is located in a cute Mallorcan village that is perfect for a stroll. We slept in the bedroom adjacent to the terrace - our mattress was comfortable and the sleep was restful. The equipment is good, especially in the kitchen we were happy that everything was there. We cooked a lot at home and enjoyed the beautiful view on the terrace. It's also wonderful to have breakfast there in the morning. Although we rarely used the Smart TV with satellite antenna, Netflix etc., it is there in case you want to enjoy a movie evening. We also had a rental car for which we always found a parking space nearby. We really had a nice stay.
See more Alojamiento en un pueblo de la Sierra de Tramontana, con unas vistas inmejorables, con todas las comodidades de una casa. Todo muy limpio. Ubicación muy buena si lo que quieres es recorrer la isla (como fue nuestro caso) y estar alejado de bullicio. La localización de la casa es más o menos en el centro de la isla, con lo cuál todo coge más o menos a la misma distancia, lo más lejos esta a una hora.
Accommodation in a town in the Sierra de Tramuntana, with unbeatable views, with all the comforts of a home. Everything very clean. Very good location if what you want is to explore the island (as was our case) and be away from the hustle and bustle. The location of the house is more or less in the center of the island, so everything is more or less at the same distance, the furthest being an hour away.
See more Nos ha encantado el alojamiento. La casa cuenta con todo el equipamiento, y detalles cuidados, para disfrutar del entorno y las comodidades. La terraza es fantástica, con preciosas vistas. Los propietarios han sido súper flexibles, y siempre responden en poco tiempo. Hemos estado muy cómodos, y como en casa. Gracias!!!!
