A charming three-storey semi-detached villa is situated in the urbanization Son Bieló, Llucmajor, a few kilometers from the beach Es Trenc. It has capacity for 6 people and therefore is excellent to enjoy a vacation with the whole family.
The accommodation offers 3 double bedrooms: 2 rooms come with 2 twin beds each room and one has a trundle bed. All bedrooms have an access to the balcony and are located on the first floor. One of the twins is air-conditioned (hot/cold). The house has two bathrooms, one on each floor.
The bright living-dining room with A/C invites you to read a book, eat together, watch satellite TV or simply rest on the sofas. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee machine, toaster, ceramic hob, microwave, juice squeezer, electric water kettle. In the laundry room you will find washing machine iron, ironing board and drying rack. Note that this property is not pet friendly.
The house has two equipped terraces with table and two hammocks. This might be your favourite place to sunbathe or to relax in the evening with a glass of wine. A garage for parking is accessed from the road behind the house.
The property is located in a quiet area. S'Estanyol and Sa Rapita have all the services necessary for an unforgettable holiday in Mallorca. You can walk to S'Estalella, a magnificent cove with views over Cabrera Island. The entire coastal area of S'Estanyol and Sa Rapita is full of coves and bathing places. Nearby, you will also find the beach Es Trenc, which is considered to be a special Mediterranean jewel. If you would like to have an excursion, take a boat from Colonia de Sant Jordi to the Cabrera Archipelago National Park. In Palma you will find also various tourist and cultural sightseeing places.
NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
