Enjoy amazing panoramic views overlooking the village and the fields on the upper terrace, the perfect place for sunbathing or having a romantic dinner. This two-storey house has next door neighbors. If you love village life, you may adore this property.

A long staircase leads to the entrance door and the interior of the house. The air conditioned living room is fitted with a TV with satellite channels and a dining table with space for 4 people. The open kitchen is well equipped, featuring a dishwasher, vitro stove top, some kitchenware and a breakfast bar where you can have a coffee in the morning. There's a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The master bedroom comes with a double bed, TV, closet and A/C. If you travel with your baby, we can prepare a cot there. The second is a twin room and has a TV and A/C. There's one bathroom with bathtub, mirror, washbasin and toilet.

The first floor comprises of an attic where you find an air conditioned living area with TV and board games. This room gives access to the upper sun terrace.

The house is located in the small town Santa Eugenia, in the center of Majorca. A car is essential to go to the beach, sightseeing or shopping. Can Pastilla is the next sand beach and it is 21 km from the house. You could also visit Playa de Muro beach in the North and Es Trenc beach in the South. The village of Sineu is famous for its Wednesday Market, where fresh groceries, clothes and plants are offered. The capital, Palma de Mallorca is a vibrant city with a wide range of leisure and culture. You could visit the famous La Seu Cathedral, take a walk on the sea promenade Paseo Marítimo or try our delicious Mediterranean cuisine in Palma's restaurants.
