Welcome to this wonderful cottage in the outskirts of Inca. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people.
There is a 5m x 3m, private chlorine pool with a depth of 1.2m, where you can take a refreshing dip. It is surrounded by a terrace with five sun loungers where you can bask in the sun, having a lazy afternoon. At the front, a furnished porch is ideal for al fresco dining with your family. There's a mobile barbecue.
This wonderful house offers accommodation on 72m2 and one floor, comprising one double bedroom with fan, one bedroom with bunk bed and A/C, one shower bathroom, a bright sitting-dining room with television (only German and Spanish channels) and A/C and a laundry with washer, iron and ironing board. In case you travel with a baby, we supply a cot and a high chair.
Set in the beautiful and quiet outskirts of Inca, this house is surrounded by horses and sheeps. The city of Inca is 3 km away and there you will find everything you may need during your stay. Inca is famous for its leather production, the Thursday market and the cellers, authentic restaurants, serving tasty food. On the Puig de Santa Magdalena, a green hill, you'll enjoy fantastic panoramic views. There's also a nice restaurant and a small chapel. On the S'Angel square in Inca you can have a few drinks in the evening. A 30 minutes' drive takes you to the north coast and to wonderful, fine grained sand beaches, like Puerto de Alcúdia, Playas de Muro and Can Picafort.

4 guests reviewed this property. We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad in dit huis! Het is een fijne rustige plek die centraal gelegen is. Twee punten vielen ons op. Het bed in de slaapkamer slaapt niet goed en is aan vervanging toe. En het was soms storend dat de eigenaar zo vaak langs kwam (op verschillende tijden). Spreekt geen engels.
See more Raphael met us at the villa and although we spoke little Spanish and he spoke no English we got the gist of the orientation. A fruit basket, bottle of wine, fruit juice and water were all included in the welcome pack which was amazing! The villa is out in the sticks which is exactly what we wanted, the only noises we heard were the local goats and sheep passing in the fields next to us. Aldi and Lidl are only a 5 min drive in Inca and the vineyards in Binisslaem are around a 10 min drive. We definitely recommend doing the wine train tour! The villa itself has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with bunk beds so set up for a family. The pool wasn't heated but was perfect for a quick cool off when the sun became a bit too hot. It was a great base for cycling to get to the mountains in the north. We would definitely stay here again given the chance.

Simple, neat and all the necessary accessories are provided for guests to enjoy. La limpieza y todos los servicios necesarios (utensilios de cocina, baño y WiFi). Le agradecemos mucho el kit de bienvenida con productos básicos para el desayuno que nos facilitó el propietario. Sugerimos que cambien la cafetera, pues la actual no funciona muy bien.
