Wonderful village house, located at about 300 meters from Ca'n Picafort beach, where up to 6 guests can be accommodated.
This fantastic three-storey house is located very close to Ca’n Picafort beach, fact that is quite perfect to enjoy having a tasty breakfast on the terrace and going to the beach, taking a pleasant walk. On the way back, a magnificent barbecue awaits you, outdoors or under the sliding awning. There are also two sun loungers available for sunbathing or reading a book calmly at sunset.

Inside a nice living-dining room will welcome you, with a comfortable sofa where you can lean back in order to watch TV-SAT or to rest, next to the A/C. The large kitchen has ceramic cooktop and a dining space. This main floor is completed with a toilet. Going upstairs, there is a bathroom with bathtub and two bedrooms, one of them with two single beds and another one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The corridor of these two dormitories has A/C to cool both. The last floor features a double bed dormitory which has a fan and an exit to the terrace. All of the bedrooms have wardrobe. The laundry has washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The quiet and familiar village of Ca’n Picafort is full of life during summer season, since in winter it is inhabited by local people. It puts at your disposal all the essential services such as supermarket, bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours and shops. The beach is 300 meters away. It is a paradise of fine white sand and crystal-clear waters. If you like golf, you have the Alcanada field 14 km away.
