Lovely town house with spectacular views to the mountains from the chill-out terrace in s'Arracó. It offers accommodation and relax to 9 guests.
You will feel the rustic charm of the antic Mallorca from the spectacular terrace of this impressive town house. It offers a wonderful chill-out with a comfortable sofa and two armchairs together with a little table where you can enjoy an appetiser and admire the beautiful mountain views. At night, this is the perfect place to cool down after a long day at the beach or making an excursion, enjoying a glass of champagne under the wonderful starry sky. This is a town house with neighbours around.
The spacious three storey house offers a special traditional style with wooden beams and stone walls here and there, spotted by some more modern corners. The cosy living room, on the ground floor, offers two armchairs and a sofa where you can watch TV while you refresh with the AC (or while you warm up by the wood stove on the coldest days), and a dining table. Then you have the kitchen with the basic equipment to cook during your vacation, with a gas top. The house also offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The house has 5 bedrooms, with AC and a wardrobe each of them, and three bathrooms. There is a twin bed bedroom on the ground floor. Two more bedrooms are on the first floor: one with two twin beds, and the other with a double bed and the only access to the chill-out terrace. The second floor offers the last two bedrooms, both with a double bed. There is one bathroom on each floor, two with a bath and a bidet each and the last one with a shower. If you are travelling with your baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair.
S'Arracó is a little village in the southwest of Mallorca, belonging to the municipality of Andratx. It is located in a little valley at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range. So this is an excellent starting point for hiking and biking excursions. The sea also is near, about 4.1 km away in Sant Elm, so it also is a perfect place for a beach vacation. The village offers the basic services for an independent stay. You will have to visit the beautiful town of Andratx for anything else. You cannot miss either the luxurious port of Andratx and be delighted by the wonderful views.

Tolle Unterkunft für große Gruppen im Zentrum des gemütlichen Dorfes S'Arracco. Gemütlicher Dorfplatz und kleine Lebensmittelladen direkt um die Ecke. Checkin zeitlich flexibel und Kommunikation schnell. Für ein Wochenende war es perfekt für uns.
Great accommodation for large groups in the center of the cozy village of S'Arracco. Cozy village square and small grocery store right around the corner. Check-in time is flexible and communication is quick. It was perfect for us for a weekend.

J'ai passé un séjour incroyable dans ce logement ! Les services étaient exceptionnels, et l'emplacement était accessible et sympathique, l’hote est actif, cependant, il est important de noter qu'il manque des places de parking dédiées, mais il y a des places disponibles à proximité, ce qui a rendu notre séjour pratique. Je recommande vivement ce logement à tous ceux qui cherchent un endroit confortable et bien situé pour un groupe d’amis ou en famille !
I had an incredible stay in this accommodation! The services were exceptional, and the location was accessible and friendly, the host is active, however, it is important to note that there is a lack of dedicated parking spaces, but there are spaces available nearby, which has made our stay convenient. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place for a group of friends or family!
See more Bella casa in collina a 15/20 minuti da Magaluf e 10 dalla spiaggia più vicina, ci siamo trovati molto bene. L’unica cosa negativa è la macchina esterna del climatizzatore nel terrazzo, una volta acceso il terrazzo diventa molto più caldo a causa dell’aria calda che esce dalla macchina esterna. La notte il bellissimo cielo stellato è un po’ rovinato dalla illuminazione pubblica della strada accanto ma per il resto non possiamo dire niente, casa pulita, grande e accogliente che si sviluppa in 2 piani
Beautiful house on the hill 15/20 minutes from Magaluf and 10 from the nearest beach, we had a very good time. The only negative thing is the external air conditioning machine in the terrace, once it is turned on the terrace becomes much hotter due to the hot air coming out of the external machine. At night the beautiful starry sky is a little ruined by the public lighting of the next street but for the rest we can't say anything, clean, large and welcoming house which is spread over 2 floors

Casa amplia, cuidada y limpia. Camas cómodas. Terraza agradable a la que se accede desde uno de los dormitorios. Es como en las fotos y tiene todo lo necesario. Está a 30 minutos en coche de Palma. Pueblo tranquilo. Supermercado enfrente. Varios bares/restaurantes buenos donde desayunar y tomar algo justo en esa calle. Aparcamiento disponible en los alrededores. Éramos 9 personas. Al encender el horno y microondas a la vez a veces se bajaban las palancas de electricidad. Y si todas nos bañábamos a la vez (3 duchas, una en cada piso) podíamos quedarnos ocasionalmente sin agua caliente para la siguiente huésped que se duchara. Por todo lo demás: un 10. Los de Homerti contestaban al instante a todas nuestras preguntas/peticiones. Super amables y rápidos. Los dueños nos dejaron sin ningún problema y de forma gratuita hacer el check out a las 19:00h-21:00h en lugar de a las 10:00h, porque nuestro vuelo era nocturno.
Large, well-kept and clean house. Comfortable beds. Pleasant terrace accessed from one of the bedrooms. It is just like in the photos and has everything you need. It is 30 minutes by car from Palma. Quiet town. Supermarket opposite. Several good bars/restaurants where you can have breakfast and a drink right on that street. Parking available in the surrounding area. We were 9 people. When turning on the oven and microwave at the same time the electricity levers were sometimes lowered. And if we all showered at the same time (3 showers, one on each floor) we could occasionally run out of hot water for the next guest to shower. For everything else: a 10. Those at Homerti responded instantly to all our questions/requests. Super friendly and fast. The owners allowed us to check out at 7:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. instead of 10:00 a.m., without any problem and free of charge, because our flight was at night.

Kissé sötét és hideg volt áprilisban a ház. Este a kisebb forgalom a jó akusztika miatt zajossá teszi a házat, de ettől még nem volt gond a pihenéssel. A bejutás nem volt egyértelmű, ha lettek volna képek, vagy pontosabb leírás, nem lett volna gond a bejutással. Az üzenetben küldött segítség használhatatlan volt, a telefonos segítség viszont megoldotta a problémát. Menet közben mindent rendben találtunk. A ház felszerelt, a szobák rendben vannak. Az elhelyezkedés ugyan távolabb van Palma-tól, vagy más uticéloktól, de az oda vezető utak könnyen elérhetőek. A tengerpart rövid autós távolságban van. A szállással közvetlen szemben kis közért található, ami idális. Bármi kell, azonnali megoldást nyújt. Összességében jó élmény volt itt lakni.
The accommodation consists of many rooms and additional rooms. There is also a balcony that is shaded most of the day. The kitchen and living room are a bit small compared to the number of beds. The house was a bit dark and cold in April. In the evening, the small amount of traffic makes the house noisy due to the good acoustics, but this did not make it a problem to relax. The entrance was not clear, if there had been pictures or a more precise description, there would have been no problem with getting in. The text help was unusable, but the phone help solved the problem. On the way, we found everything in order. The house is equipped, the rooms are in order. Although the location is further from Palma or other destinations, the roads leading there are easily accessible. The beach is a short drive away. There is a small public square directly opposite the accommodation, which is ideal. Whatever you need, it provides an immediate solution. Overall, it was a good experience living here.

La estancia ha sido muy agradable: María es una huesped espectacular, atenta a todas necesidades y siempre disponible. La casa es muy bonita, en un pueblo tranquilo donde pasar algunos días de paz, pasear y tomar café por la mañana. Siendo un grupo de 10 el comedor llegaba a sus limites de espacio, pero las habitaciones son muy confortables, espaciosas y los tres baños han sido suficientes para un grupo numeroso como el nuestro. La cocina estaba bien equipada, solo no conseguimos encender el horno :) En cada habitación hay aire acondicionado, aunque no sé si el sistema eléctrico de la casa da abasto para 5 aparatos. En general nos lo pasamos muy bien en Villafinca y aconsejamos pasar las vacaciones allí. Seguro volveríamos allí volviendo a Mallorca.
The stay has been very pleasant: María is a spectacular guest, attentive to all needs and always available. The house is very nice, in a quiet town where you can spend a few days of peace, walking and drinking coffee in the morning. Being a group of 10, the dining room reached its limits of space, but the rooms are very comfortable, spacious and the three bathrooms have been enough for a large group like ours. The kitchen was well equipped, we just couldn't turn on the oven :) There is air conditioning in each room, although I don't know if the house's electrical system is enough for 5 appliances. In general we had a great time at Villafinca and we recommend spending your holidays there. We would surely return there returning to Mallorca.

We were a group of 5. All the bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen was OK, however please check that you have fully closed the gas valve as there is no safety cut off. The street outside is busy so take note if you are in the downstairs bedroom it can get rather noisy. The house is in a pretty village with bars and restaurants. The Argentinian restaurant is good. We came to Mallorca to climb. There are a good number of crags within 30 minutes.Thanks for the tea bags and olive oil.
