Majestic house surrounded by nature on the outskirts of Puigpunyent, ideal for 6 lovers of peace.
The exterior area of this finca, with an above ground chlorine pool and a fantastic furnished porch surrounded by a forest pure nature, will allow you to have an unforgettable stay. The garden is full of trees and greenery and it emanates peace, inviting to have long walks along the plot. The pool sizes 4 x 2 metres and it has 1.4 metres depth and its is perfect for a refreshing dip after sunbathing on one of the sunbeds. And later on, nothing like enjoying a delicious barbecue in the evening. By the house there is an annex where the maintenance staff lives, so the facilities will be always perfect for our guests. Entrance gates are completely different, except for the path starting, from the barriers to the shared parking area.

The house is decorated in a tasteful mixture of styles and it has 3 floors. On the main floor, you will find a spacious living room open to the dining area, with 2 comfortable sofas, satellite TV, fireplace and access to the garden. In addition, the kitchen, with beautiful views and exit to the outside, is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven and even a practical bar and stools. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with two twin beds and a shower bathroom. On the second and last floor there is a second furnished terrace with mountain views, two bathtub bathrooms, and two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. All bedrooms are provided with a closet, a fan and a radiator, and one of them presents a cot and a high chair. There is a laundry room with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The basement is not available for our guests.

Puigpunyent is a village located in the Tramuntana mountain range area, which is worth a visit because of its landscape beauty and its proximity to the Capital, Palma. One of the must visits is the excursion to the Puig de Galatzó reserve, with panoramic views and low difficulty; or the excursion to Pas de na Lluisa or the Camí Vell d'Estellencs. If you prefer a lively area plenty of people, shops and restaurants, or if you want to go to the beach, we recommend you to go to Palma.

Due to the natural surroundings of this property, two cats and one dog live in it. We recommend you to close the accesses to the house for your peace of mind.
Due to the location, the type of land and the interior staircase without rail we do not recommend to travel with children under 12 years old.

There is exterior parking for 3 cars.
