Spacious chalet for 12 people in Cala Santanyí, in the south-east of Mallorca, 1 km from the beach.
Enjoy great al fresco dining on the several terraces, bask in the sun on two loungers or have a refreshing exterior shower. This house has a private, 3 x 3 meters aboveground chlorine pool. The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbors.

This accommodation is just perfect for two families who go on holidays together without giving up privacy as there are two independent floors with own kitchen.

The ground floor consists in a sitting-dining room with DVD player, fully equipped kitchen including a vitro hob, washing machine, iron, ironing board, a double bedroom, a triple bedroom and a third bedroom with bunk bed, ideal for two children. Furthermore, there's a bath with bathtub. A cot and a high chair are available on request.

The first storey features a living room with dining table for four people, TV, and well equipped kitchen with gas hob and coffee machine. You choose between two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with a bunk bed for three people (with double and single bed). Six fans are available.

The small urbanization Cala Santanyí offers a grocery shop, cafés and restaurants and is surrounded by several dreamlike beaches as Playa de Cala Santanyí, Cala Figuera and the natural park of Mondragó. Southwards you'll find the precious rocky beach of Cala S'Almonia and the small sand bay Caló des Moro. The well-kept golf course of Vall d'Or is 17 km away. In the village of Santanyí there are more supermarkets and good restaurants serving typical food. On Wednesday and Saturday takes place the market in Santanyí, where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables, clothes and souvenirs.
