Stylish and quiet house near Inca with private pool and terrace, ideal for 4 people.
This dapper villa was built in 1989 and has been carefully renovated in 2016. During hot summer days, you can refresh yourself in the 5mx 3m private chlorine pool with a depth of 1.3m. The pool is surrounded by a mediterranean garden with different plants, Buddha-Statues and trees, a heavenly place for making a barbecue, having a glass of wine on the terrace, taking a nap on the sofa or getting tanned on one of the two loungers. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbors.
Once inside you will be surprised by the special style and care with which this house has been renovated. The living room with large sofa invites you to watch TV (satellite, but only German and Spanish channels) or to light a fire in the wood-burning cooker on autumn evenings. The kitchen and dining area are open to the living room, including a vitro-ceramic cooker and all the necessary utensils to prepare your favourite dishes. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The bedroom with double bed is furnished in a warm rustic style, offering air conditioning, wardrobe and access to the terrace. Here we can prepare a cot/crib for you if you come with your baby. The highlight is the en-suite bathroom with bathtub, as it is open to the bedroom. The other two bedrooms with two single beds each do not have air-conditioning, but they have their own style and are distinguished by the wooden headboards. The second bathroom has a shower and serves the rest of the house.
A 15 minutes' drive takes you to the city of Inca with lots of services like restaurants, supermarkets and shops. On Thursday takes place the weekly market. The next sand beach is Can Picafort, in the north of the island. Furthermore, you could visit Son Serra de Marina, Puerto de Alcúdia or Playa de Formentor. If you like to practise outdoor sports, we recommend you a visit of the Tramuntana Mountains, perfect for hiking and cycling.

We really liked the finca we stayed at, very spacious and clean. It was well decorated and comfortable. Easy to get in and out, quiet country setting with loads of space all around the house. We loved it and had all we needed plus more.

Schöne gepflegte Finca..Tolle Lage um die Insel zu erkunden. Ausstattung ist super, der Pool ein toller Bonus an heißen Tagen. Der Garten absolut liebevoll gestaltet mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Schatten zu jeder Tageszeit. Wir würden wiederkommen.
Beautiful well-kept finca.. Great location for exploring the island. Facilities are great, the pool is a great bonus on hot days. The garden is lovingly designed with lots of seating in the shade at any time of day. We would come back.

Das Haus ist sehr schön abseits gelegen und gepflegt. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Boden ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und einige Nägel stehen raus, sodass man etwas vorsichtig sein muss. Im Haus muss man immer wieder überall mit Ameisenbesuch rechnen. Am Haus, welches sehr sonnig liegt, lieben es auch die anderen Lebewesen sich aufzuhalten - wie zum Beispiel Wespen, die dort ihr Domizil am Pool, den Pflanzen oder unter dem Dach aufschlagen. Zwischendurch kommen gern ein paar Katzen vorbei. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt, nur der Kunstrasen war uns tagsüber etwas zu heiß. Die Kommunikation mit Homerti verlief schnell wenn es etwas zu besprechen gab.
The house is beautifully located out of the way and well maintained. It is equipped with everything you need. The floor is a bit old and some nails are sticking out, so you have to be a little careful. You have to expect ants to visit everywhere in the house. The house, which is very sunny, is also where other creatures love to hang out - such as wasps, which make their home near the pool, the plants or under the roof. A few cats like to come by every now and then. The garden is beautifully landscaped, but the artificial turf was a bit too hot for us during the day. Communication with Homerti was quick when there was something to discuss.

Excellent séjour en octobre . La maison est très spacieuse très propre très bien décorée . Un oranger et un citronnier à disposition dans le jardin . Des serviettes de toilette et de plage en quantité suffisante pour tout le monde . Les extérieurs sont magnifiques . Le quartier est très calme . Très bonne semaine Nous sommes partis en famille et nous avons passé un excellent séjour la localisation de la maison ( centrale )est idéale pour pouvoir visiter tous les endroits de l’île .
Excellent stay in October. The house is very spacious, very clean, very well decorated. An orange tree and a lemon tree available in the garden. Sufficient towels and beach towels for everyone. The exteriors are magnificent. The neighborhood is very quiet. Very good week We went with family and we had an excellent stay the location of the house (central) is ideal for being able to visit all the places on the island.
