Welcome to this beautiful house in the village of Cala Figuera, where 8 guests can spend their holidays.
Beautifully furnished terraces line the house and give the opportunity to enjoy the mild climate of Mallorca. Maybe a cocktail in the chill out area or a barbecue with friends and family, there are lots of possibilities. The house is in a residential area and you have direct neighbours, the property is fenced.

The living room, open to the dining area and with air conditioning, is the ideal place to relax or watching a movie on satellite TV. The fireplace can not be used. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and has microwave, electric oven, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher all the essentials you need for cooking. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, ironing board and iron.

A total of 4 bedrooms promise relax after long vacation days. All have a wardrobe and access to a terrace. A bedroom with double bed and bathroom with bath "en suite" is located on the ground floor. Upon request a baby cot and high chair can be provided. A shower room completes the ground floor.

On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each, the 4th bedroom has a bunk bed. There is no satellite TV on this (1st) floor. There is a bathroom with a bath tub on this floor. For the cooler months electric heaters can be provided on request.

The location of the house, in the center of Cala Figuera, could not be better since you have all services in walking distance. In Cala Figuera there are some bars and very good fish restaurants. Hikers and cyclists are in this corner of Mallorca just right, versatile tours are offered. The Mondragó Nature Park also offers fine sandy beaches and clear water. The bays such as Cala Figuera, Cala Santanyi or the paradisaical beach Es Trenc will delight you.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 27 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war gut organisiert, so dass uns der Zugang zur Villa leicht gemacht würde. Es war sehr sauber und alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit.

Host was responsive. Check-in/out very easy. Beautiful villa in Cala Figuera, fully equipped with kitchen appliances (big fridge, dishwasher, etc.), pots and pans, dishes, grill outside, a nice terrace with table, etc. We could cook good food for all the family! All rooms were nicely prepared, everything was clean and exactly as described. One bathroom on the 2nd floor, one in one room on the first floor, plus a toilet/shower. Private parking big enough for 2 cars. Perfect for a big family. The villa is also close to two small shops, restaurants, in the centre of a beautiful, quiet, small village.Many wonderful calas within 20 min. drive. Close to Mondrago park, Salinas d'es Trenc, etc. We strongly recommend.

Maison magnifique, coquette, propre, chambres spacieuses, 3 salles de bain.?La propriétaire a pris le soin de laisser pour ses occupants des condiments, de la lessive, des recharges anti-moustiques, une bouteille de vin...Les draps et les serviettes de toilette sont fournis.On se sent comme chez soi.Vraiment accueillant !La climatisation est optimum dans toute la maison.Très bien située : Cala Figuera accessible à pied et cala s amarador (splendide) à 10min en voiture.Seul bémol : la terrasse manque d'ombre pour pouvoir profiter un maximum des extérieurs

Magnificent house, stylish, clean, spacious rooms, 3 bathrooms.? The owner took care to leave condiments, laundry detergent, mosquito repellent refills, a bottle of wine, etc. for her occupants. Sheets and towels are provided. You feel at home. Really welcoming! Air conditioning is optimal throughout the house. Very well located: Cala Figuera accessible on foot and Cala S Amarador (splendid) 10 minutes by car. Only downside: the terrace lacks shade to be able to make the most of the outdoors

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Groß und geräumig, und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Es gibt vier Schlafzimmer und drei Badezimmer, was sonst schwer zu finden oder sehr teuer ist. Perfekt für Familien oder Gruppen. Das W-Lan funktioniert gut, und es gibt mehrere Klimaanlagen im Haus, mit denen auch geheizt werden kann. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist schön, die Betten sind bequem, und alles ist sauber. Besonders gut hat uns die Terrasse gefallen, wo man abends schön essen kann. Die Lage des Hauses ist auch super, mitten im Leben, aber trotzdem ruhig. Nebenan befinden sich ein Restaurant, wo man sich auch Kaffees holen kann, sowie ein preiswerter und relativ großer Supermarkt. Zum wunderschönen Hafen und zur Steilküste von Cala Figuera sind es nur ein paar Schritte. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit, und als es einmal ein Problem gab, kam sie uns sofort zur Hilfe. Wir sind begeistert und würden das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

The house exceeded our expectations! Big and spacious and everything you need is there. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms, which is otherwise difficult to find or very expensive. Perfect for families or groups. The WiFi works well and there are several air conditioning units in the house that can also be used for heating. The decor of the house is nice, the beds are comfortable, and everything is clean. We particularly liked the terrace, where you can have a nice meal in the evening. The location of the house is also great, right in the middle of life, but still quiet. Next door there is a restaurant where you can also get coffee, as well as an inexpensive and relatively large supermarket. It is only a few steps to the beautiful harbor and the cliffs of Cala Figuera. The landlady is very helpful, and when there was a problem, she came to help us immediately. We are thrilled and would recommend the house without reservation!

Perfecta casa para alojarse grupos por la amplitud y las comodidades. Las fotos coincidían con la realidad, por lo tanto todo perfecto. La única pega es que no hay playa cerca que puedas acceder andando pero como nos movimos en coche no fue un problema para nosotros.

Perfect house to stay groups due to the spaciousness and comforts. The photos coincided with reality, therefore everything was perfect. The only drawback is that there is no beach nearby that you can access on foot but since we moved by car it was not a problem for us.

Très belle villa avec tout le confort nécessaire. Intérieur très soigné avec petites attentions a notre arrivée (boissons au frais et le nécessaire pour le 1er petit déjeuner)
