This 120 m2 villa, distributed over a ground floor, has three bedrooms: two doubles -one of them with an en-suite bathroom with shower- and one triple with a double and a single bed. A cot is available on request. The house has a bathroom with shower that serves the whole house.
The kitchen-living room is very welcoming and has a sofa, a coffee table, a TV, a dining table with chairs, a fireplace and air conditioning. The open-plan kitchen, with a gas cooker, is fully-equipped. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The apartment is located in an area that has all the necessary services around: bars, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, sports centre, pharmacies, banks, beach, etc. A bus line covers the areas of Can Picafor, Platges de Muro, Port d’Alcúdia and Port de Pollença, every 15 minutes, and other bus lines cover areas such as Palma. The beach of fine white sand is just 180 m away, and is perfect for babies and children as the depth goes down very gradually and children can enjoy the waves and swim quietly.

From this area, it is very easy to drive to other beaches that are worthwhile, such as Cap de Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Platges de Muro and Port de Pollença. The old town of Alcúdia, with its cobbled streets, the church and the old walls, is wonderful. Thursdays and Sundays are market days in Alcúdia and the town becomes a bustling, lively place. Do not forget to visit the Roman ruins, where you can see a beautiful amphitheatre.
