Semi-detached, summer villa with sea views in Sa Marina in the north of Alcudia with capacity for 5 - 8 people.
After a long day at the beach, you can cool off in the garden as there is an outside shower. Several terraces are ideal for celebrating great evenings with your loved ones. Enjoy a rich barbecue or the Mediterranean sun on four sun loungers in the garden. The upstairs terrace, very romantic to share a bottle of wine for two in the afternoon, overlooks the sea. The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbors.

In the living room with satellite TV you can make a family reunion and plan the day. If you like to cook, you will find everything you need in the well equipped kitchen, including a ceramic hob, utensils, dining area and dishwasher. The laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board is on the terrace. On the ground floor there is a toilet.

Ideal for 8 guests, there are four bedrooms on the first floor. Three have double bed and wardrobe, two of them with air conditioning and the other with fan. The two with air conditioning apart have access to a terrace and one, additionally, has an en-suite bathroom with shower and bidet. The fourth bedroom has two single beds. There is no closet here but a drawer. A bathroom with bathtub and bidet gives service to the first floor. For our younger guests we prepare a cot and a highchair.

The urbanization of Sa Marina is located in the north of Alcúdia and is a quiet area that was formerly dedicated to fishing. The beaches are mostly rocky or gravelly, but there are also some fine sand beaches, like Es Morer de Vermell, the Playa de Sant Joan and Malpas. The beach of Sa Marina itself is a natural beach with a mixture of sand, gravel and rock. In five minutes driving you will arrive to the town of Alcúdia, famous for its medieval wall and the picturesque old town. There are supermarkets, shops, restaurants and all the necessary services for an independent stay.
