This lovely house located at S"Estanyol de Mitjorn, will make feel 6 guests like at home.
Welcome to this one floor beautiful house ideal for couples, with or without kids. You will love the furnished porch with a table and chairs where you can prepare a delicious meal at the mobile barbecue to enjoy with your dear ones.
Upon entering you will find a cosy living-dining room equipped with air conditioning where you can watch TV, listen to music or simply relax on the sofa. The independent gas kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are three bedrooms: two of them with two double beds and the third with two single beds. All three bedrooms have an electric radiator each. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair are provided. The house has a bathroom with bathtub.
S'Estanyol is a quiet area, but you will find restaurants and bars, and a little supermarket. Only 300 meters distance, there is a wonderful beach where you will feel like at paradise. Another 2km distance separate you from sa Ràpita, another lovely beach with more range of services. Don't miss visit the idyllic Es Trenc beach, at only 6km from you, famous for its white sand and crystalized water. We also recommend to visit Palma, where you will be able to do touristic routes from there, cultural trips or going shopping. A car is recommended if you want to explore the rest of the island.

Das Haus hat eine gute Lage und ist gross. Es war sehr ruhig, allerdings noch nicht Saison. Toll ist die eigene Garage. Badezimmer und Küche hätten meiner Meinung nach eine Renovierung nötig und die Küchenausstattung ist ein bisschen sehr minimalistisch wenn man mal selber kochen möchte. Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden.
The house is in a good location and is large. It was very quiet, but not yet in season. Having your own garage is great. In my opinion, the bathroom and kitchen need a renovation and the kitchen equipment is a bit very minimalist if you want to cook yourself. Otherwise we were satisfied.

Très joli séjour dans cette maison, je recommande ! Merci Remarque : les ustensiles de cuisine sont insuffisants. Il n’y a pas de passoire par exemple.
Very pleasant, spacious and functional house. The photos correspond perfectly to reality. The terrace is very good. The air conditioning works very well. Self-check-in is convenient. Very nice stay in this house, I recommend! Thank you Note: Kitchen utensils are insufficient. There is no strainer for example.
