Enjoy the warmth of the Majorcan character in this cozy house located in the centre of an inland village. The house features several outdoors spaces where you can enjoy the Majorcan weather surrounded by the common village quietness. You can sunbathe on one of the sunbeds, prepare a delicious barbecue to enjoy with your loved ones, or have lunch or dinner outdoors under the porch. In another terrace you can read a book under the porch or admire the spectacular mountain views.. The house patio is the ideal place to have breakfast while reading the morning paper. The house is within the village and it has direct neighbours.

The 109 m2 house has 4 floors. On the ground floor you will find the living room with comfortable sofas where you can watch TV or take a siesta. You will also find a dining area for 6 people and finally the kitchen with a gas hob and well equipped to cook your favourite dishes. It also presents a table for 6 people and access to the patio. There is also a shower bathroom on this floor. On the first floor you will find two bedrooms. One has two single beds and a clothes rack as a wardrobe. The other counts with a double bed and a closet. A bathroom with a bathtub is also on this floor as well as another living room where we find the stairs to the second floor. On the 2nd floor you will find another fantastic living room where you can rest and relax, with access to the first terrace where you will find the porch and the barbecue. The last fight of stairs leads to the third floor where you will find a single bed with exit to the last terrace where you will enjoy some marvellous views. This bedroom has no door. If you are travelling with a baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board in the house. Three fans complete the equipment.

This house is located in Alaró, a village in the inside of Majorca surrounded by mountains. It is the starting point for numerous excursions, ideal for hiking and cycling lovers. Visiting the Alaró castle is a must in order to admire amazing views in a incomparable natural environment. You will find the basic services in the village as well as some restaurants where you can taste the Majorca traditional dishes. The nearest village is in Palma, but Alaró is well communicated and you can also visit the northern beaches like Puerto de Alcudia and Puerto de Pollensa.
