If you prefer to escape form the all-day stress and immerse in the local life, this is the place to be. The garden of this village house in Costitx counts with a large terrace on the ground floor, and another at the first floor, to enjoy a breakfast in the morning sun or a to sunbathe and relax. The house is situated in the village, with direct neighbors.

This 180 m2 house is distributed over 2 floors. The living- and dining room counts with two comfortable sofas to watch a good movie on satellite TV or enjoy a typical "siesta". There is a dining table for 6. The kitchen is open to the dining area. It counts with a gas stove top, a gas oven and all basic utensils to prepare a great meal during your stay. You will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are two bedrooms on the first floor: one with a double bed, a wardrobe and access to the terrace, and the other counts with two single beds and a wardrobe. On request, we can prepare a baby bed and a high chair. The bathroom of the house has a bathtub and is on the ground floor.

Costitx is a small, traditional village, in the center of the island. There, you will find all basic necessities, such as a small grocery store and some restaurants. In Sineu you will find all further services, a bigger supermarket and a huge weekly market on Wednesdays. An interesting visit could be to the Astronomic Observatory in Costitx. The nearest beach is Can Picafort, at 30km. It is possible to do some cycling excursions in the neighborhood.

Generally, in the area of Costitx, it is possible that you hear some airplanes.
