In the historic town centre and next to the Medieval wall, stands this wonderful townhouse that preserves the traditional style of the island. The patio offers a private pool of 2.5 x 1 meters with a depth of 1 meter that although small, will allow you to cool off after a day full of activities, like the outdoor shower. You can also enjoy the sun on the sun loungers and eat a delicious barbecue alfresco. There is also an exterior toilet. Being in the town centre, there are neighbours around.

The interior of the two-story house has been recently renovated and features a modern style dotted with more traditional elements. From the patio we enter the dining kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob and a table for 5 people. Next, you will find the living room where you can watch satellite television. The fireplace will heat both rooms on colder days. In the living room you will find the stairs that lead to the first floor where the 2 bedrooms are, both with double beds, AC with heat pump and closet. On this floor we also find the bathroom with shower and bathtub. The house also preserves a room on floor -1 that was an old vault, visible through the glazed floor in the kitchen. Lastly, the house offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and a cot and high chair in case you are travelling with your baby.

Capdepera is one of the most emblematic towns in Mallorca and its streets breathe history at every step we take. The house is at the foot of the wall and the castle, and therefore it's near all the needed services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants. In addition, the Cala Rajada area and its beaches are only 2.7 km away, which guarantees sea, sun and nightlife. Golf lovers also have the Capdepera Golf course just 4.2 km away.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
