Welcome to this charming house for 6 people, where you can find the beach at only 200 meters, ideal for families or friends.
Welcome to this modern and lighted house, with a fantastic porch and majorcan rafters at the ceiling, ideal to sit and relax while enjoying the sea atmosphere and eat a delicious breakfast, or why not? Drink a refreshing cocktail. It also disposes of a little terrace at the back to enjoy the lovely sun. There are a few neighbours near the house.

The 90m2 house is divided in one floor and decorated in a very lively way. It disposes of a wonderful open dining-room with TV and a table for six people. The modern and spacious kitchen with gas, has all the necessary amenities for you to prepare delicious meals just like at home. There are three colourful bedrooms with a wardrobe each, one with a double bed and two with two single beds where you can rest after a busy funny day out. The house also disposes of a modern shared bathroom and a toilet. You will also find a a washing room with a washing machine, an iron and an iron board at your service. If you travel with your baby, we will provide you a cot and a high chair under request.

The amazing sand beach Ses Casetes des Capellans is just a stone's throw away. A few beach bars are nice for having a drink. Can Picafort area is quiet and ideal for long walks by the seaside, running or riding a bike. If you like to practice water sports, is also perfect, as well as going by boat or visit Alcanada Golf course. There are a lot of boats at Club Náutico and Puerto de Alcúdia is very nice if you fancy shopping, as there are a wide range of restaurants, clothes shops, shoe shops and handmade ice cream shops. Faro de Formentor is a must visit, you will love the unforgettable views.

Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
