Welcome to this beautiful and traditional stoned house in the heart of the picturesque village of Selva. It is located at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range and it can accommodate from 4 to 7 guests.
The views over the village and the mountains from the terraces are the perfect ally to spend a peaceful vacation disconnecting from the real world. No doubt, this is the perfect place to enjoy nature and peace being, at the same time, within the village itself. In the morning, you can walk some steps to the village square and have a coffee or a juice and come back home to enjoy the sun on the sun loungers while reading a book or listening to some music and admiring the extraordinary landscape. There is an exterior shower in case you need to cool down when it is really hot. Later on, maybe you feel like to prepare a barbecue and enjoy the meal all together,

This accommodation, with two floors, offers a living room with satellite TV channels, and a dining room on every floor. There are 4 bedrooms with a closet each and three bathrooms in total. On the ground floor you will also find a little office room where you can work or read any of the plenty of books available. The kitchen features a renovated touch in white, has a gas stove, a table and chairs and direct access to the terrace. The laundry room comes with a washing machine, an irona and an ironing board. A bathtub bathroom complete this floor. Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bathtub) and the bedrooms. Three bedrooms come with two twin bed and the fourth presents a single bed. A cot and a high chair are available in case you travel with your baby. The living room on the first floor is air-conditioned. The equipment is completed with 6 fans for the summer and there is central heating for the coldest months.

Selva is the typical interior little village, an authentic Mallorcan spot with its narrow streets and very good restaurants. You will be able to breathe peace while enjoying hiking and biking paths and routes for example to the Monastery of Lluc, the amazing Sa Calobra or the extraordinary villages of Deia, Soller and Valldemossa. Inca is 4 km away from Selva, and here you will find major services and a weekly street market on Thursdays, the perfect place to buy local and artisan products. You will reach the beaches and caves of the island by car and we recommend you Puerto de Alcúdia or Can Picafort in the north, or Cala Tuent and Cala Estellencs in the Tramuntana mountain range.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season.
