This lovely house with private swimming pool, located at the center of the island in Inca, welcomes 4 guests.
Welcome to this rustic house with a 5m x 5m elevated swimming pool, with a depth of 1m, ideal for refreshing yourselves during the hot summer days. There are sis hammocks where you can sunbathe, have a rest and dream. There is also an external shower at your service. The furnished porch is a welcoming place to prepare a barbecue for al the family. This nice house is fenced and there is no direct neighbours.

As you go in you will see a welcoming and illuminated decoration. The bedrooms are at the same floor. At the modern kitchen- dining room with air conditioning, you will spend unforgettable moments with your dear ones, maybe watching a film at the satellite TV or listening to music. The vitro hob kitchen is totally equipped and at the washing room you will find a washing machine, an iron and an iron board. This lovely house offers one room with a double bed and another room with two single beds, both with a wardrobe. if you travel with your baby, we will provide you a cot and a high chair. There is a bathroom with a bath and a bide. Please, take into account that the first floor is not available and closed and you wont have access to it.

This nice house is near Inca city, where you will find all you need for your holidays, like supermarkets and restaurants. If you like home-made food, you can go to eat to a celler, typical restaurant that serve delicious Majorcan food. At the outskirts of Inca you can visit Puig de Santa Magdalena, a hill with a little church and a good restaurant. You can go driving to the coast, very famous due to the fantastic sand beaches, like Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, Son Serra de Marina, and Puerto de Alcúdia. Alcúdia bay is ideal for families with kids. Alcudia"s old town is very odd, and stands out due to its flagstones streets.

Nice private Finca with an above ground pool, that my kids enjoyed. It offered everything that we needed to spend a beautiful week together. Lots of beach stuff like beach towels, masks and snorkels, diving fins. Overall very kids friendly. perfect location for small families. Close to Inca, but far enough to be very quiet.

La maison est spatieuse et bien située, ce qui permet de bien rayonner dans toute l'île, et l'environnement très calme. Les extérieurs sont très agréables, il y a plusieurs terrasses et de nombreuses tables, chaises et chaises longues qui permettent de profiter du jardin. La maison doit être particulièrement agréable en été. Une petite remarque cependant à l'attention de ceux qui voyageraient en octobre comme nous : il n' y a pas de chauffage dans la maison (comme indiqué dans l'annonce), et nous avons eu assez froid le soir, la nuit et le matin.

The house is spacious and well located, which allows you to travel well throughout the island, and the environment is very calm. The exteriors are very pleasant, there are several terraces and numerous tables, chairs and deck chairs which allow you to enjoy the garden. The house must be particularly pleasant in summer. A small note, however, for the attention of those traveling in October like us: there is no heating in the house (as indicated in the ad), and we were quite cold in the evening, at night and on Morning.

Gustó · Lo que más me gustó fue la intimidad del alojamiento y la paz de la que disfrutas. Inca está muy cerca para ir a comprar o a comer. No gustó · Lo pase un poco mal con las picaduras de los mosquitos, aunque dentro de la vivienda no hay y además los dormitorios están preparados con mosquiteras para mosquitos. Nosotros hemos tenido muy mala suerte con el tiempo (tormentas y lluvia) pero aún así lo hemos disfrutado. El porche delantero de la casa habría que mirar de prepararlo para la lluvia.

Liked · What I liked most was the intimacy of the accommodation and the peace you enjoy. Inca is very close to go shopping or eat. I didn't like it · I had a bit of a bad time with the mosquito bites, although there aren't any inside the house and the bedrooms are also equipped with mosquito nets. We have had very bad luck with the weather (storms and rain) but we have still enjoyed it. The front porch of the house should be prepared for the rain.

Très grande maison dans la campagne, au calme, et en même temps bien placée pour rayonner dans toute l'île. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour! Nous avons apprécié les quelques jeux laissés pour les plus petits.

Very large house in the countryside, quiet, and at the same time well placed to explore the entire island. We had a very good stay! We enjoyed the few games left for the little ones.

Wer abschalten will, ist hier genau richtig: abseits des Trubels Mallorcas, aber trotzdem zentral gelegen, so dass alle Strände zwischen 20 bis 60 min entfernt sind. Der schöne Pool erlaubt es auch gerne, mal einen "Pool-Tag" einzulegen. Im Haus war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub braucht (ein Manko für den verwöhnten Urlauber: man kann auch gut per Hand das Geschirr abwaschen :-) ). Das Haus liegt etwas abseits und relativ nah an der Autobahn, diese ist jedoch fast gar nicht hörbar. Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit, zwei kleine Probleme (zum Beispiel Absturz des Routers) wurden zeitnah erledigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

If you want to switch off, this is the right place: away from the hustle and bustle of Mallorca, but still centrally located, so that all beaches are between 20 and 60 minutes away. The beautiful pool also makes it possible to have a “pool day”. Everything you need on vacation was available in the house (a drawback for the spoiled vacationer: you can also wash the dishes by hand :-)). The house is a bit out of the way and relatively close to the motorway, but it is almost inaudible. We had a really great time, two small problems (for example the router crashed) were resolved promptly. We'd love to come back!

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir waren zu viert, 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Die Lage etwas ausserhalb von Inca war Ideal, da wir es uns ruhig gewünscht hatten und das war es. Ansonsten alles wie beschrieben, sogar Sonnenschirme und Schnorchelsachen für den Strandbesuch waren vorhanden. Idealer Ausgangspunkt um mit dem Auto die Insel zu erkunden.

We really liked it, there were four of us, 2 adults and 2 children. The location just outside Inca was ideal because we wanted it to be quiet and that was it. Otherwise everything was as described, even umbrellas and snorkeling gear for visiting the beach were available. Ideal starting point for exploring the island by car.

The place is exactly as we aspected and described, clean and well maintained. Is a place well suited for families and people loving nature and quietness. We foud a lovely, friendly and adorable kitten (called Misae, white, black and red colours) living in the garden that always want to play with us (and was really the added value of our holiday). The house is big, very typical of mallorca and with a lot of space and everithing you could need. The barbecue is well working and we spent a lot of nice evenings preparing dinners on it and eating all togheter under the big patio.The swimming pool is always clean by the nice and discreet owner that gave us a lot of info about the place, house history, best restaurants (and a delicious welcome with a big plate of delicious figgs just pick up from the garden trees and the traditional mallorquin food Sobrasada). The position is good, in a few time you can reach the town of Inca with all facilities as shops, hospital and so on. Thanks to the central position is possible to reach all island beauties and point af interest in no long time. I can say without doubt that if we had chosen another place, our holiday wouldn't be so wonderful as it has been

Nos hemos hospedados 14 días y hemos encontrado una casa con todo lo necesario para estar muy cómodos. Tuvimos un problema con el microondas y secador del pelo que al llegar no funcionaban y en menos de 8 horas el propietario nos cambió los electrodomésticos por unos nuevos. El propietario nos proporcionó toda la información de donde ir y todo lo que necesitemos con gran amabilidad. Nos informo de calas impresionantes con poca afluencia o donde ir a visitar. La casa está en la naturaleza. Las noches cenando en la terraza y solo escuchando el sonido de los animales que hay en las casas próximas o estar mirando las estrellas ya que no hay contaminación lumínica no tiene precio o darse un baño en la piscina de noche. Tiene un jardín muy bien cuidado y bonito. La casa estaba muy limpia y tiene todo lo necesario en buen estado. En mi próxima vuelta a la isla de Mallorca volveré.

We stayed for 14 days and we found a house with everything we needed to be very comfortable. We had a problem with the microwave and hair dryer that did not work when we arrived and in less than 8 hours the owner changed our appliances for new ones. The owner provided us with all the information on where to go and everything we needed with great kindness. He informed us about impressive coves with little crowds or where to go to visit. The house is in nature. The nights having dinner on the terrace and just listening to the sound of the animals in the nearby houses or looking at the stars since there is no light pollution is priceless or taking a dip in the pool at night. It has a very well-kept and beautiful garden. The house was very clean and has everything you need in good condition. On my next return to the island of Mallorca I will return.

Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Schöne Finca mit pool, der täglich gereinigt wird. Manchmal etwas laute Hintergrundgeräusche von der Autobahn und einem Recyclinghof, an die man sich aber schnell gewöhnt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

The house corresponds to the description and the photos. Beautiful finca with a pool that is cleaned daily. Sometimes there is a bit loud background noise from the highway and a recycling center, but you quickly get used to it. We would book again at any time.

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön, sehr sauber und hat einen besonderen Charme. Auch die Außenanlage ist wunderschön. Perfekt!!!wir hatten in Ihrem Ferienhaus einen wunderschönen Urlaub und Ihr Haus hat einen Charme, den man nicht kaufen kann. Die Bepflanzung ist sehr schön und der Blick von der Terrasse herrlich. Schöne Terrasse mit Garten, sehr spanisches Objekt. Echte Finca, für Leute die das ursprüngliche Mallorca lieben. Lage auf dem Land mit guter Anbindung zum Ort und der Autobahn. Teilweise Auto Lärm von der Autobahn je nach Wind. Freundlicher Vermieter der täglich den Pool reinigte und sich um den Garten kümmert, ohne zu stören.

Beautiful terrace with garden, very Spanish property. Real finca, for people who love the original Mallorca. Location in the countryside with good access to town and the motorway. Partial car noise from the highway depending on the wind. Friendly landlord who cleaned the pool every day and took care of the garden without disturbing you.
