Beautiful and charming chalet located in the coastal village of Son Serra de Marina, where 6+1 people can enjoy a placid stay only 700 metres away from the sea.
You can sense the soft and refreshing sea breeze just from the garden of this house. It is ideal to sit with your family at the table under the porch in order to have breakfast or a delicious barbecued meats and vegetables for dinner. At the same time, the little ones can play at the garden. At the backside, an outdoors shower is available to cool off or wash off the sand after a long beach day.

The house, which is decorated in a very simple way, has two floors and it has a very convenient distribution since all rooms are on the main floor. The kitchen is open to the living-dining room, an the bedroom, with a double bed, is located on this floor and has access to the garden. It has a gas top, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge, as well as a little bar with stools. It is an open space shared with the living - dining room where you can watch satellite TV or sit on an armchair to read a book. A bathroom with a shower and a bathtub complete this floor. Going upstairs you will find a second shower bathroom and three more bedrooms. Two of them have a double bed and access to a furnished balcony, one of these with an en-suite shower bathroom. The last bedroom has a single sofa bed for the extra guest. The 4 bedroom are provided with a closet and a cot and a high chair are available on request. The whole house is equipped with central heating for the winter season. The laundry is in the garage and it counts with a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, and a fan.

Son Serra de Marina is a coastal quiet area par excellence since there are not many hotels and beaches are not overcrowded. In fact it is inhabited by locals. There is a nudist area for those who feel like this way of enjoying the beach. It is ideal for hikers due to its proximity to Son Real. If you are looking for a more lively place to go to restaurants or practice water sports, we recommend you to go to Can Picafort, about 10 km away.
