This lovely chalet located 300 metres away from the paradisaical cove of Cala Bona, offers accommodation for 6 people.
This is a cosy chalet in a coastal urbanisation that still offers wonderful corners where you can disconnect and enjoy the soft breeze of the sea. There are simple but charming garden areas that invite to set 4 sun loungers and bask in the sun, play tennis table, or cook a succulent barbecue on the lawn. Then, you can enjoy the delicious meals at any of the two furnished porches.

The building comprises two floors that include a homely and comfortable sitting room with two sofas, a TV-set and a decorative wood stove that adds character to the room. Next, you find a beautiful dining room which is open to the kitchen through a long bar. And round the bar, the long countertops will surprise you, and you will cook on the ceramic hob. The laundry room is independent and it has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. A bedroom with two twin beds air-conditioning and a bathroom completes this floor. Going upstairs, you find another bathroom and two more bedrooms, both with AC. One of them has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and exit to a great terrace, while the other has two twin beds. All bedrooms feature a closet, and all bathrooms in the house have a tub. Finally, if you are travelling with your baby, we can prepare a cot and a high chair.

The house is located in the quiet urbanisation of Son Floriana, a short walk away from lots of bars and restaurants with their respective lively terraces. The beach of Cala Bona is only 350 metres away and the one in Cala Millor is about 1 km away. Cala Bona offers all basic services like supermarkets, pharmacy, tobacco shop and more and we recommend you go to Son Servera for more services. On the other hand, of you like playing golf you'll find the course of Golf de la Costa de Los Pinos 4 km away and the course of Pula Golf about 5 km away.

Please note that it is easy to park your car in front of the accommodation. There also is a hotel nearby with live shows that usually end about 11 pm, so you may hear the noise on occasion.
