You will feel the nearness as well as the fresh breeze of the sea from the terrace. You can sit on the comfy sofas while tasting a delicious coffee early in the day revelling in the caresses of the first morning beams or maybe you prefer a good glass of wine in the evening. The barbecue is perfect to enjoy meats and vegetables alfresco. In addition the thatched-roof awning with flowers is ideal to spend a nice while with your loved ones under the shade.

The house comprises two floors with a very modern and stylish touch. The main floor offers a wonderful living - dining - kitchen which is perfect to cook your favourite dishes on the ceramic top while enjoying an appetiser and while someone sets the table. Then you can chat all together or watch the satellite TV while seating on the sofa. On the first floor you will find the only bathroom of the house -with a tub- and the two bedrooms. Both feature a double bed, closet and exit to the terrace or the balcony. The laundry room is independent with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The area of Puerto de Alcudia presents a great tourist offer throughout the day. You will find restaurants, beach bars, cafes, ice-cream parlours, all kinds of shops and much more. The best of it all, however, is the beach which is one of the best and largest ones in the island and characterised by the crystalline water and white sand. It is perfect to practice water sports surrounded by a great atmosphere and to visit with children because of the shallow water. Finally, you cannot miss the artisan street market in Alcudia that takes place every Tuesday and Sunday.
